“Very nice and friendly toy shop, with a large selection. I always thought it was really nice to see the children's reactions in front of the store when they saw the panda blowing bubbles.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”
“The sales assistant, Farrah, was great: patient and professional. She helped me make a great dress selection, handled a professional complainer, and probably an unhappy person in general with kindness and professionalism. This was my first return and store visit in years. I am glad it was a good experience.”
“A Stellar Shopping Experience at H&M! ?️This H&M location is undoubtedly one of the best I've frequented with its abundant selection of fall collections ?. Finding my size (usually a M to L) was a breeze! In search of a quick night-out ensemble, I stumbled upon several adorable black dresses ?. Kudos to the excellent customer service and the friendly demeanor of the cashiers ?. The alluring selection of jewelry and accessories near the checkout was impossible to ignore and elevated my overall look ✨. Navigating through, and using the dressing room was remarkably swift and hassle-free ?. My only grumble pertains to the notorious DC parking ?. With limited street parking, opting for area garages is almost imperative to avoid those pesky tickets ?. Nevertheless, this spot has solidified its place as my new go-to for both professional attire and glam night-out garb.#HM #ShoppingSpree #DCShopping #FallCollection”

“If you're looking for a store with owners who genuinely care about their customers, then look no further than this one. I recently found myself in an emergency situation and was in dire need of some assistance. Luckily, I stumbled upon this store and was met with the kindness and compassion of Ms. Paula and Linda, the owners. These two women are some of the most kind-hearted people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They knew exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the attention to detail, professionalism, and love that they showed me and my family during a difficult time.If you're looking for a store with owners who truly care about their customers, then you won't be disappointed with this one. Thank you, Ms. Paula and Linda, for being such wonderful human beings and for running a store that truly makes a difference in people's lives.”
“This is my local Old Navy & I love this location. It’s always clean and well stocked. The staff is also outstanding. Kayla, Michael, Anthony & Sasha were all SO helpful.Michael and Anthony helped us by grabbing the sizes we needed while we were in the dressing room. Kayla helped me style a bodysuit that I initially felt uneasy about and her guidance really boosted my confidence.Sasha had amazing patience while ringing up all of our items and made us feel so excited to come back and use our super cash.Every time I come to this Old Navy I have a great experience & the staff play a big role in it. I appreciate their kindness - especially as I navigate my post quarantine body. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.”
“I love this place, clothes, and sale section. But what I love most of all is the customer service. The employees are the kindest people ever. You talk or ask for there help and they will help you. Some items are a bit pricey but the quality is very good overall so that makes it worth the price.”
“My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful experience picking out her First Communion dress, veil, and accessories. We drove up from Fredericksburg, and it was worth every minute of the trip. I will highly recommend Monday's Child to all our friends!”
“The best H&M store in the area. There is a light skin sales associate is just the nicest, most helpful, stylish, and very friendly. It’s a bonus how attractive and handsome he is. Can’t wait to go back and experience the help of the associates at this location.”

“Marshalls had a clearance sale on the day we visited. There were some really great deals, if the items can fit you. However, I could not find a shoe over size 20 anywhere in the store... Not one.”
“Love this UNIQLO! It’s somewhat small/cramped but for the space they fit a lot in. They had a great selection of graphic tees and basics. I love the puffers, they’re very warm and light like a Patagonia. Would definitely come back for basics or some Keith Haring printed tees. It’s inside Union Station so a helpful place to start.”

“The store itself was well organized and clean. I love the quality and comfort of VV. The staff was great, not breathing down your neck, but still helpful. They were kind enough to let my daughter pick out a sticker at checkout too.”
“Came to get school uniforms for my toddler, Store was clean, well organized and the store clerk friendly and helpful. Uniforms were reasonably priced and clerk informed me of future price increase from the FrenchToast Uniform company. Will return again for future uniform and child apparel needs.”

“This is the place I always take my students each year we come to D.C. They are great people who are patriots and love our country. I can't say enough nice things about them.”
“The Faherty store in Georgetown, Washington DC is located on M Street in the area’s most prominent luxury shopping district. The staff is very friendly and engaging! They were knowledgeable of the brand and fabrics. The store features business casual and recreational wear with a beach-like vibe! Faherty is a trendsetting label. Great store!”
“Did you sister just pop out a screamer and now they expect presents? Do you have a cooked of crawlers that require clothing? If so, you won't be disappointed by Carter's. Carters us a nice place. They offer sizes for children of all ages. Their clothes are tastful and high-quality. And their shoes are very affordable.A safe and pleasant shopping experience. Online shopping available.”
“We went to the Brooks Brothers store on Connecticut Avenue NW in Washington DC to purchase a blazer jacket for me. The Store Associate, Ms. Pari Hassani guided us and she was absolutely fantastic, a presence alongside us (my wife and I) second to none when it came to chosing my jacket. No pressure whatsoever, but it was one the best experience we ever had in a Brooks Brothers store, even though we have been a patron for over 40 years. Thank you Ms. Hassani for your kind and utterly professional presence today.”
“Carter was absolutely amazing! He was able to help me with my return, exchange, and show me new items I was interested in so efficiently! Great customer service, in addition the store was fully stocked and clean. Great location!”
“Am I the only person that didn't know that there was a kid's foot locker in Forestville? I feel like KFL are few and far between these days, but I'm super happy that there is one close by. So this is located in the plaza across from the mall facing the Target, next to the grocery store. It is pretty big on the inside as it encompasses a corner of the plaza. I was a little taken aback by the fact that they limit the number of folx inside. Guessing there may be a problem with theft. No bueno. Once inside, I had a return and the staff inside were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were really friendly and had good attitudes. Good to know that I can hop on in anytime to supply my sneakerhead habit.”

“Great location, with just short walk to the waterfront. Street parking available so it can be a little tricky for parking but store is clean and employees were nice and attentive!”
“The customer service is phenomenal & friendly in this Old Navy. They always ask for you number to look up points & ask for coupons, along with suggest coupons & those you may have received through email or online. Much love to the staff!!!...they rock!”
“Prices were decent however they need to get their air fixed so I’m taking away one star for that. Long lines but the cashiers are doing the best they can. Polo shirts are $4.99 skirts and skorts are around $9.99-16.99 and long pants are ranged from $13.99 and up. They also have long sleeves and discounted items for 50 percent off.”
“*** Review of Store Improvements and Internet Desk*** This store has made a lot of improvements in how it presents visually. I was last in it probably 5-6 years ago. Loyal JCP customer of 30 years. The intimates have been moved up from the basement (yay), all sales floors looked neat, clean, and organized, and all clearance items were either hung decently on racks or folded on sets of shelves. Lighting is better, too. Way to go! Cons: (1) The one dressing room for females in the store (2nd floor, Liz Claiborne) was neat in its lobby and the rooms. That's progress. However, 1 star off for a mature male being in the DRooms' hallway and then one of the DRs with a couple of females, maybe wife and daughter? It made me uncomfortable. No men should be in the rooms or hallways! Please post signs at both ends of this DR hallway: admittance is for WOMEN ONLY, have cameras, and patrol. Also, a male in late teens was sleeping on the one chair in the DR lobby. Put some more chairs in there (men can wait there), patrol, and remove anyone sleeping or clearly not doing business. It looks crummy! Good selection of classic but pretty/cute types of styles for adult women, in natural fabrics, are included and a good selection of petites (also online). One star off (I considered two) for your nasty longtimer in the Internet Dept. on Floor 4. Rude. If you come to this store be ready to bring complete paperwork on every Internet item you are returning (even an item JCP sells but is shipped by another vendor) or pull all the order deets up on your phone. My receipt in the shipping bag from the vendor was no good to her. I was treated rudely and dismissively, loudly, while I was 100% polite. I'll never go back. JCP, please train your managers and staff, JCP, on how to treat customers (of ALL demographics) well and what Corporate expects. Many staff here seem to act cold and not care. Try blind shopping. Customers have LOTS of choices of other places to shop. I'd rather drive 45 mins. to a smaller JCP (nicer staff), but I applaud that you have been making changes.”
“This is such a neat boutique store. They have a wonderful selection of stylish and well-made children's clothes 0+ months and up. There are some really cool toys mixed with some old time favorites.”
“Perfect value and quality for money. A lifelong friend matching budget, style and needs withl knowledgeable staff who'll follow your requirements rather than pushing needlessly.”
“Perhaps my first old navy and mall that I still like to stop by whenever I’m around the area. I like the t-shirts and jeans especially where there is a discount”
“Lilly Pulitzer, is a high end store with good prices for everyone. Love the customer service in the store & online. When you e-mail them with questions they response on time & are true professionals. I highly recommend this store!”
“What can I say about Brooks Brothers? Since there was a little girl my father was confined to a wheelchair. He was raised in Manhattan and had a very particular and peculiar way of thinking and dressing. He was very frugal but all his clothes came from Brooks Brothers be it his pajamas to his socks. When the shop in Chevy Chase opened my father was so happy. I would drive him there about once every two or three years. And he would stock up on his pajamas and other small items. He really had to buy new clothes because as I said he wasn't a wheelchair and not particularly active. But always appropriately dressed. One of my best stories about Brooks Brothers is as my father aged he developed more and more idiosyncrasies probably because he was confined to a wheelchair. One of his fears was when he was in a vehicle being driven by someone else he was terrified of making left hand turns. So I mapped out a way to get from our house, about 2 miles at most from Brooks Brothers making only right hand turns. And then I had to map out a way to come home using only right hand turns. It was an adventure but it's soothed his soul.”
“Good selection of clothes. I wish they had more variety of certain premium bouncers and strollers but they must sell out quickly. Plenty of brand new never opened products too!”
