“This is one of the only places that sells whole milk chocolate milk! At the age of 70 I have tried many brands.... Aldi's carries the best. The cheese section, fruits and veggies are fresh and less expensive. It's also a perfect place to find your side dishes. One last item, their spices are completely on par with the McCormick brand. And far less expensive.”
“If you take any comment from anyone on here please let me be it because if your not shopping here especially the world we are living in today your definitely paying too much for groceries! Great deals amazing prices and the app really does pay off as someone who participated in a lot of the online Lidl surveys and feedback they truly have listened! Every person in our store is great and I've gotten to know each one from always shopping there and it's nice to walk in and be known as a regular customer and they always speak but past the great customer service the prices, it's clean and you definitely get yours money's worth! “Hi! I’m a FIRM believer in giving credit when credit is due AND acknowledgement for a GREAT work ethic (very rare these days). VALERIE is quite fantastic. I live in the neighborhood and shop at the New Design Giant quite often. Whether she is checking people out or at the self checkout area, she has always been most helpful and seems to always “go the extra mile” to be of service in any way she can. I SO appreciate this and I’m sure others do too. Like I said, I’m in the store often so to see this consistency and to take notice of it and then prompt me to write a review, well, that should definitely be a sign to management. Be kind to her and please give her recognition she deserves!! This means a lot to employees - don’t forget that! Thank you Valerie for trying and making a difference!!”
“I like this Weis, it’s well stocked and the people are nice. It’s pretty easy to find stuff, usually not very crowded and is clean. They usually have someone working in the lanes so you don’t have to use self checkout- which I like because I usually have a lot of produce.
What more can you ask from a grocery store?”

“Love this store ,I know it's legal smoking weed but your employee must of smoked on her break she reeked an I speak for myself she came up at my self check out I had to step back sorry for 1 stunk bad an 2 it takes my breath away sorry at least if your employees smoke on their breaks. “PX has clothing and sales, barber shop, alterations, class VI, fast food and gas. Staff is top notch and will order if they do not have items in stock. 4 stars instead of 5 because though it’s tax free, many of the items you can find on other websites/stores for a cheaper price.”
“I had THE best experience today with Martins Direct. First, they actually got everything right on my list. They were honest with me upfront and told me that they didn’t have any drivers to offer delivery. Which was fine, because since I knew right away, I made arrangements to pick up my order. “AMAZING EMPLOYEE The other day I came to this food lion which I had never been to before. I wasn’t sure where anything was and the employee Laurie must have seen how confused I was. She came up to me and kindly asked if I needed any help. Then she led me right to what I needed! Prices are reasonable compared to other Maryland chains. Good stock of many items, produce was fresh. Bakery smallish.”
“To me, Lidl has always felt like a fancier version of Aldi, not necessarily better, but a nice complement. My ideal grocery setup would be having Lidl and Aldi side by side, which I haven’t seen in the US yet. Lidl strikes a great balance between quality and price, though its self-checkout system could be a bit more user-friendly. It’s definitely one of my favorite grocery stores.”

I've been in the gym every day this month (October), sans Sundays.That being said......Weis was always my pit stop on the way to work for one thing: DONUUUUUUUUUTS!!!!I really don't have much to say about the store as a grocery store because it's pretty much what you would expect.But those DONUUUUUUUUTS!!! Lord save me...These are the best donuts I've ever had at a grocery store.Which is why I brought up Point #2. It's the last place I should be if I'm trying to lose weight. Hey, don't judge me. Mind your own bathroom scale.The assortment is great and they are ridiculously flavorful. Soft. Flaky. Huge.I could eat them all day! “I really like Dollar General for quick stops for medicine and snacks. Prices are better here than at grocery stores. I'm finding soda and candy prices to be high lately. I did not find prices here to be lower on those items at all with the exception of the dollar candy selection. Lots of choices are available and you can find almost any candy you are looking for. This is a great place for stocking up in those cold winter months on soup, vegetables and baking items. Shop early for Thanksgiving to save the most money. I enjoyed my shopping today. The temperature inside is usually too hot for me cutting my trip short but was comfortable on this day. Friendly service and smiles from Julie concluded my time here. Thank's for providing convenient, close, low cost items to local shopper's. Check out the dollar isle for some National brands at great prices!”
“My daughter and her friend decided they needed a Bouquet for homecoming the same day. We went into Weis not realizing we needed to call ahead. We met Lucy the florist at Weis and she was amazing! Asked what colors we needed and to give her a couple minutes and without hesitation she made the bouquets. Thank you so much Lucy! You are amazing!”

“On one of my many trips back home for the month long birthdays I had to attend I needed to stop and pick up a gift card or two. That is basically why I stopped here. Honestly, I had no idea that Giant Eagle reached this far. I was shocked when I found one in Bedford, PA, but for one to be here, it threw me.This Giant Eagle is part of a larger plaza, I guess you can say that it is the anchor as it is by far the biggest retailer in the plaza. Parking is ample and can make for a quick entry/exit.Inside it is well organized and everything appeared to be stocked. I didn't look around too much as my mind was on gift cards only. I went straight to that area and started to browse.I have to say, they had a fine selection of gift cards and made choosing one a bit hard. I circled the display a few times before honing in on one section and then stayed there for a few good minutes having an inner debate on which gift card would be most appropriate.Once the selection was made I headed for the registers. Made sure to scan my rewards card and was out the door.”

“Employees are super friendly, but despite there always being trollies of merchandise needing shelved, the selection seems to get smaller and smaller. Regardless, can mostly find what I'm looking for, and prices are mostly reasonable.”
“They have a lot of grocery items you cannot find in standard grocery stores. Good variety of hard to find ingredients for those who love to cook authentic Mexican/Central American cuisine! I also found new ingredients there that are now must haves for my family chili recipe.”
