“I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. I’m from out of state, and was interested in purchasing a 2013 535i BMW from a Maryland dealership. I booked a pre-purchase inspection with Airport Automotive. Not only was the pricing reasonable and competitive, but the service was fantastic. Despite the dealership dropping the car off an hour late (which I’m incredibly sorry for), Marcin still took great care in looking over the vehicle. They know these cars. I got a thorough and detailed outline of what Marcin found with the car, ranging from minor cosmetic damages I wouldn’t have been able to see to the passenger door actuator not working. Marcin checked the car top to bottom, and then spent 25 minutes on the phone with me to walk me through what he found, what to know if I were to look to repair those issues, and gave his professional opinion on the car. His inspection saved me from purchasing a car with a few thousand worth of repairs needing to be completed. If I were local, this shop would be the first place I’d go. “Friendly, honest people that actually have the customer’s best interest in mind. The receptionist was lovely, and the guy who did our inspection (on a very old car that we knew was in rough shape and had low expectations going in) was as honest and straightforward as they come. We asked for an oil change and repairs estimate to get it to pass, but they called us up to tell us that the problems were worse than we thought and the repairs would be beyond the value of the car so they wanted to check with us before proceeding with the oil change so as not to waste our money in case we decided it wasn’t worth it to us to fix it up. They didn’t have to do that, but it was really thoughtful and we did in fact decline the oil change and we went right out that day and bought a new vehicle. We were way overdue anyway, this was just the final push we needed to go through with it. Anything we need in the future we’ll be coming to them for sure, but if you’re wondering if you should trust them, DO IT.

PS - the previous owner did the horrible “repairs” I swear it wasn’t us, we just purchased REALLY rushed and carelessly a couple years ago and noticed everything after it was too late lol.”
