The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft and comfortable their clothes are—seriously, every piece feels like something you’d want to live in. I picked up one of their signature flannel shirts and a summer dress, and both are now staples in my closet.

I also love their laid-back, coastal vibe—everything looks effortlessly stylish but still practical for everyday wear. The quality is top-notch, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the materials and details.

“I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it. As with any luxury brand, the prices are very high. I ended up looking at the wallets and bracelets and bought a bracelet. At checkout, I was offered a sparkling water by Patricia. “Babies are so sweet and precious! They are so little and you need so many things: burp cloths, receiving blankets, and tons of little outfits. I especially like buying baby clothes and when there is an expectant mom in the family, I just have a ball. I had the most wonderful service at Carter's Babies and Kids. Amber and Dee helped me pick out outfits, advised me on size, and even put things away for me that they thought I would like. That is awesome customer service! There are covid protocols for standing in line as you check out and all of the salespeople, as well as the customers are wearing masks. They clean the counter between customers. I loved that safety protocol. I love how the store is arranged, so all of the infant clothing is in one section. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carter's has clothing for more mature kids too. They have great deals and if you open a charge(Yes, I did!) you can earn points to get cash back in rewards. Great customer service, huge selection, and great deals! I know I will be back soon.”

“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“*** Review of Store Improvements and Internet Desk*** This store has made a lot of improvements in how it presents visually. I was last in it probably 5-6 years ago. Loyal JCP customer of 30 years. The intimates have been moved up from the basement (yay), all sales floors looked neat, clean, and organized, and all clearance items were either hung decently on racks or folded on sets of shelves. Lighting is better, too. Way to go! Cons: (1) The one dressing room for females in the store (2nd floor, Liz Claiborne) was neat in its lobby and the rooms. That's progress. However, 1 star off for a mature male being in the DRooms' hallway and then one of the DRs with a couple of females, maybe wife and daughter? It made me uncomfortable. No men should be in the rooms or hallways! Please post signs at both ends of this DR hallway: admittance is for WOMEN ONLY, have cameras, and patrol. Also, a male in late teens was sleeping on the one chair in the DR lobby. Put some more chairs in there (men can wait there), patrol, and remove anyone sleeping or clearly not doing business. It looks crummy! Good selection of classic but pretty/cute types of styles for adult women, in natural fabrics, are included and a good selection of petites (also online). One star off (I considered two) for your nasty longtimer in the Internet Dept. on Floor 4. Rude. If you come to this store be ready to bring complete paperwork on every Internet item you are returning (even an item JCP sells but is shipped by another vendor) or pull all the order deets up on your phone. My receipt in the shipping bag from the vendor was no good to her. I was treated rudely and dismissively, loudly, while I was 100% polite. I'll never go back. JCP, please train your managers and staff, JCP, on how to treat customers (of ALL demographics) well and what Corporate expects. Many staff here seem to act cold and not care. Try blind shopping. Customers have LOTS of choices of other places to shop. I'd rather drive 45 mins. to a smaller JCP (nicer staff), but I applaud that you have been making changes.”
