“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“I was waiting in line to make a purchase when I witnessed an African American woman with a deplorable attitude being rude to a cashier demanding receipts. She called a manager who gave her money back and a physical receipt. The cashier tried to explain she could not give her a receipt for an online return but was going to receive an email. The cashier tried her hardest to keep her cool and avoid a confrontation. The woman kept pushing and kept being rude, demanding a receipt and her name. She even took a picture of her without her consent with no respect whatsoever. I have been to zara at westfield montgomery many times and that cashier is one of the nicest people I have interacted with and always make me feel welcome. She is one of the FEW good ones. I was appalled how badly that woman treated her and realized cashiers deal with a lot of negativity from certain customers. I only hope management protect their employees better.”
