“What a difference a few years makes. I would only go there to pick up orders I made online. In the last year or so I noticed how the staff were had improved, the inventory was better, and without pause staff would have serious conversations with me about outdoor gear. I just want to go in to outdoor stores and get what I need and advice when there's better options -- I will not go to places that I have to muddle through mainsplainy talk to get to what my actual questions are. I haven't gone there to shop since my last review--just pickup and returns but maybe I will now.I still think REI in general does not have that great of inventory for women in the outdoors. There is so much gear and technical clothing being created by and for women but I still find REI's stock veers toward fashion for women. It also tends toward trendy companies where some of the greatest innovations and products in outdoor technical clothing and gear come from smaller companies (although Patagonia has remained tops). I still try to target independently owned outdoor stores for myriad reasons including well curated gear and clothing.”
“I had a fantastic experience at Fleet Feet today. CJ was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my needs, assess my fit, and recommend the perfect shoe. I highly recommend Fleet Feet and especially CJ if you're looking for expert guidance and exceptional service!”
“I've nothing but great things to say about Tennis Zone Plus. Jose is very attentive, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have all you need. He takes great care of raqs and the customer service here is top notch. 10/10 recommend for all of your tennis needs.”
“Went in for a walk-in fitting with intentions to gain a little more knowledge as to what clubs to get. Being new to golf, I had no idea what to expect. I was greeted by the master fitter John and I could not have imagined a more ideal experience. My interaction with John far exceeded what I considered to be a “good customer service” interaction, as it was much more than that. John gave me genuine advice and didn’t make a point to sell me on anything. He explained to me what to look for in clubs as a beginner golfer, showed me in-store options as to what he would recommend, a list of irons to go home and research, and even a business card in case I stumbled upon any questions. John provided hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I look forward to returning in the future once I get a bit more advanced in my playing.”
“We had THE BEST experience in the story this past Saturday. Our son is just getting started with lax after several years in other sports and he needed allllllllll the things. The whole staff was incredibly helpful, patient, hilarious, and thorough. I appreciate all the good advice and the total focus on his needs. Amazing store and staff!!! Highly recommend!!!”
“Nick was the most helpful, knowledge, and respectful sales person I’ve encountered! He was able to juggle several customers while still giving each one the care and attention needed for a successful visit. He definitely deserves a raise for his hard work and ability to aid the productivity of the store!”
“Liam is an awesome salesman of ski equipment. So knowledgeable and wanting to get the best match for his customers. I learned a ton and came home with a great fitting pair of boots-on sale.”
“I love this store, especially Beryl. She makes the store seem like the place to go. A combination of expertise, thoughtfulness, and kindness make the experience worth repeating.d”
“Fantastic service by Paul, really enjoyed my shopping experience and it’s so important to help the local community out. Bought a few things which were of normal retail price.
Defo will come again!”
“Matt is a consummate professional. A prior review said he treated them like Tiger Woods, and I can echo the same experience. Prior to the fitting, he explains the entire process and runs through all the metrics he's looking at. You truly understand the thought behind every decision (even down to measurements). Matt was incredibly patient and even provided helpful tips and swing thoughts along the way. Overall, a top-tier experience from start to finish!”
“I am a 'buy online' first guy but I have bought shin guards and cleats for my kid here because the prices were actually slightly less than Amazon and Dick's for the same item. On top of that, they are next to the Trader Joe's and Whole Foods I always go to, they have my kids' club team gear, and the guys who worked there actually recommended AGAINST buying a more expensive cleat for my kid based on her age and playing level.”
“I had a club fitting with Wade today, it was a great experience. Wade helped me fix my grip, stance, and swing, all while getting me setup for a new set of clubs. I can’t recommend him enough, his knowledge of golf is amazing, including the mechanics, you can see his engineering background in how he helps correct bad habits. I have never felt more confident in my game as I do now. On top of the expertise, the stories he has are so fun. Thank you!!! I can’t wait to get my new clubs.”

“The staff here went above and beyond to help me find what I needed during my stay this past January. I have a special connection to this store, as it was the first Patagonia location I ever visited 10 years ago while living in the area. I had the chance to visit their old location back then and now their new one, appreciating the history and evolution of the store. The transparency behind their products, showcased throughout the space, made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by!”
“Calling all runners [NON]
Went in and out in about 10-15mins. They ask you some questions here and there in order for the staff to give the customer the shoe that fits their feet. Lots of money= good investment for your feet. Give them a try. Don't take my word for it, go in and experience fleet feet for your feet.
Ciao ✌?

“Sports Extra is great. Our company uses them for large scale custom printing projects for employee and customer apparel gifts, our safety vests and more. I have also used them for smaller personal custom team t shirt orders, etc. Always professional, quality work, good communication and they stick to the timelines they provide from the beginning. Highly recommend.”
“I needed a new pair of work shoes in a rush, and Mr. James truly went above and beyond. He had my online order ready faster than the speed of light. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, polite, and incredibly easy to talk to. His customer service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated his efficiency and positive attitude, it made a stressful situation so much easier.”

“My most recent visit to RnJ was yesterday. Francisco helped me pick out shoes. Maybe in part because I was the only customer in the store, it was absolutely beyond a doubt the best experience I've had buying shoes, and I'm wondering if it might have been my best experience buying *anything*.He listened as I told him about the knee pain I'd been having. After measuring my feet, he observed how my feet pronate when walking in socks. He brought out 3 shoes just for sizing, one too small, one too large, one just right. He observed my gait in a shoes chosen purely for their diagnostic value. He then observed my gait when wearing a sequence of shoes with progressively more support, until we settled on the perfect shoe.He listened to and answered every one of my many questions, like what's the deal with people walking and even running with soles so thin they're practically barefoot, what is the consequence of the two feet being a half a size different, what is the difference between Asics and Brooks, what if I wear orthotics with the shoes I was buying, what are the chances of my also finding a shoe in their "50% off" room that would work with my feet. What makes for a difficult or tedious customer interaction? And so on. I have a way of driving people nuts with incessant questions. This man's reserve of patience never bottomed out. This store was recommended to me about a decade ago by a physical therapist for obtaining good walking shoes to help a tendonitis that caused the inside of one foot to be red and swollen, and made every step painful. RnJ picked a shoe for me, and (hard to believe but true), in basically 24 hours the pain was gone, and whatever it was that caused it has been gone ever since.Over the years I had grown more and more lax about what shoes I wear, and lately was wearing Sketchers that I had found in a thrift store, that looked virtually new and were very comfortable. Plus, for a stupid reason, I had stopped alternating them with my good Brooks shoes. Knee swelling & pain a week or so ago were my wake up call. I went back to my Brooks from RnJ and the pain subsided. When it was gone completely, I went to buy new shoes. There was no question in the world which store I would go to.”

“I ordered new lacrosse pads for my son for a holiday gift. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in my order and ordered the wrong size. I only noticed this when I got the shipping notification. I called the customer service number and spoke with Steve McTigue. Even though my son‘s order was already packaged and ready to be shipped, he found the pads and was able to switch them out for the proper size. It will make for a very special Christmas present, and I am so appreciative and grateful for the amazing customer service! Thank you Steve and lacrosse unlimited for such great service!”
“Good selection of soccer cleats and accessories. They also have good deals on jerseys and active wear. Their staff is knowledgeable and provide guidance when shopping.”

“Mitch spends as much time as is needed to make sure your son or daughter gets the right fit for their sports gear. Especially in the hockey community, Mitch is a great resource. Especially if your kid is a goalie, go see him, you won't be sorry.”

“One of my favorite brands of athletic wear!
This store is top-notch in my book You will find some of the freshest fines and athletic gear available from under Armour in this store. The selection is great, the store is well stocked and the service is outstanding.
Stopped into this Under Armour Brand House location today in Tysons Corner.the first thing you will notice is how well stocked, organized and neat the store is. there was not one article are piece of clothing out of place are mismatched. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted when by a sales associate who was eager to help me find what I needed and answer all my questions I the uniqueness of their customer service approach, and the fact that the layout is so well organized, made my customer experience outstanding.
While there, I had the opportunity to try on some shoes and the sales associate was proactive bringing me several sizes and styles given the particular shoe size I needed. This enabled me to try on the shoe based on my foot, purpose/use and liking. Not to mention, there was a pair where my size was out of stock. This was no problem for the store. I was able to order the shoe product while in the store and have it shipped to my home.... At no extra cost and a two day delivery at that!
In all, I left there a happy camper and with more items that I initially were seeking to buy ....go figure. lol. The shoes I bought and a few clothing items were perfect for my upcoming vacation and hiking excursion. Everything you need for any and most sport activity can be found here, under one roof. I highly recommend this location and most definitely will return based on my customer experience and the service provided alone.
Bookmark this location and give them a try!”
“The staff here is incredibly friendly. Leah was the best EVER. She helped my bf and I find exactly the right shoes we were looking for, she's an actual wizard. The sales associate who took scans to find our most accurate shoe size was amazing too (I'm forgetting his name!). We will be coming here again when it's time to buy NB's. Thank you!!”
“Came in with lots of questions and Clifford was a huge help. I was able to restring and buy a racket easily. Clifford was very helpful when picking rackets, encouraging me to take my time and find the one that suits me most. I highly recommend coming here for any tennis needs.”
