“I was on my was home to baltimore and stopped in the the store in Northeast MD to ask about if I had an upgrade because I purchased a phone that I didn't like. Alyssa was amazing. Her customer service was great. She assisted me with turning over to a T Mobil plan because I had paid my payment on time for the past twelve months. The stores that I went to in baltimore definitely did not have this level of customer service. I definitely will follow up at this store with Alyssa. Thanks so much.”
