“Keen Dayton hello, who may concern this employee here at Verizon? It was one of the best experiments I’ve ever had. The gentleman help me with everything that I needed. I was amazed of all the knowledge that this man has I appreciate the time and effort and I will invite anyone to come to the same store to get the service that I received. Thank you and God bless.”

“My family and I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Bear, Delaware thanks to Ky. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind with me, my wife, and our son. Ky is very knowledgeable about technology and took the time to explain everything clearly. He’s also amazing with kids, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable for our family. I definitely recommend asking for Ky for any future purchases or upgrades — he truly provides top-notch service!”

“I passed by this store and met with who I believe is the greatest salesperson I ever dealt with in a telecommunications store. Jorge Mendoza was absolutely delightful!!! My screen protector broke and he gladly took care of me. Guiding me to choose the best ones, he was super professional, courteous, and polite. Also he put the screen protector on with complete ease and it was ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON PERFECT!!! I’ll only be back to this store to see and deal with Jorge! Amazing Salesman and Great Guy. A 10/10 experience.”
