“Great service. I went there to get a new glass screen cover for my phone. I've been to the Peoples Plaza store two times within the last month and a half for the same item and was told it wasn't in stock.The employee took my information and said it would arrive by mail and to bring it by to have it installed. It never arrived. So I went to this store today for the same item and was greeted by two very helpful young men that got me all squared away. They informed me that I was to receive an email confirmation that the order was placed and was advised to hang out a minute to confirm that the order went through which it did very quickly. The employee at the Peoples Plaza store never made mention of this ever on both visits ..I'm not sure if the employee needs additional training or what as the young gentleman at this store were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again guys and great job.!”
