“The associate, Shawn, at the White Marsh location was so helpful to me. I picked up my online order and he told me about additional discounts I'm eligible for and he taught me how to make use of my coupons. I though they were automatically loaded on the app and Shawn educated me on where to find them - my email. I shopped and bought more merchandise at great sale and coupon prices before leaving the store that night. Shawn impressed me with his friendly and professional attitude and he had a great work ethic that was immediately noticeable. I believe he will be successful wherever life takes him. He was refreshing. The other employees there are also very friendly. I enjoy shopping in this store a little too much, the employees, sales, and coupons keep me coming back. - Donna”

“They had a very wide selection of men’s clothing compared to other Old Navy locations. They had everything I’ve seen online (other than online only items). I went on Black Friday. They were appropriately staffed so it wasn’t too crazy of a line. I don’t know if that was just the items that I looked at.”

“typically well stocked and clean with fitting rooms available. there is often a long line for checkout and it's pretty common for certain areas to lose organization to such an extent that it inhibits shopping. but overall just a decent place to shop.”
