I decided to find my own financing and applied for a loan with SECU. The pre-approval process was simple, the customer service rep I spoke with by phone was helpful, and going to the Towson branch to complete my membership application and close the loan was seamless.
Chelsea in particular was wonderfully helpful, answered all my questions, and ensured I had everything I needed to complete my loan purchase.
