“Im sorry to say I almost forgot I was still in PG. The customer service was out of site, the environment just so pleasant. For once I was comfortable beings out and about.”
“Great little store! Awesome selection, personal recommendations from employees all over the store, lots of trinkets and book-related gifts. My new favorite place!”
“Another one of my favorite used bookstores! They have a deceivingly large collection of varying books, considering the store's smaller size. Cramped, stacked, crowded, just like a good used bookstore should be!”

“The best metaphysical store you will find anywhere on the eastern seaboard. Packed with everything- tarot decks, incense, crystals, herbs, books, and the best ever energy. The staff are helpful and always pleasant. I've been in love with this store for many, many years. And still am.”
“The place is small but they have a highly curated collection of popular books and authors. I'm there almost every week and their inventory is constantly updating so the selection never gets stale.
Also, as much as I love used bookshops, some of them are so cluttered and disorganized it becomes overwhelming and claustrophobic to shop. Books For Life is oriented in a way that is very shoppable and I love it!”
“Had a very helpful employee find us a copy of the collectors edition of the exorcist. She even told us to order it online for a discount and we could still walk out of the store with it. Very impressed by the customer service”
“The new Barnes & Noble already feels like a cozy hangout spot for book lovers.
It is a great place to browse new releases and stumble on unexpected finds.
The space is welcoming and deaf-friendly, which makes communication easy and stress-free.
Staff are kind, patient, and happy to help you track down what you need.
It is a spot that makes you want to come back, relax, and get lost in books.”
“Small used book store in Glen Burnie with nice employees and reasonable prices. Large variety of books to select from with reasonable prices for those on a budget. Will give store credit for your good quality used books if you want to change out books from your collection. Their wide selection covers a large amount of authors covering romance, sci-fy, self help, cookbooks, fiction, non-fiction and many others types. Small space with lots of books at a decent price. A great way to save money if you love reading hard cover or paperback books.”

“Lovely little place full to the brim of books. Feels much larger than it actually appears on the outside. The staff are quite nice and gave a warm welcome when I came in walking through the door.”
“Sporadic sales at this charity book warehouse provide the chance to get lots of books for cheap. Fill-a-bag strongly recommended. Parking can be tricky. Drop site for donations is an easily accessed shed by the door.”

They send you email to keep track of shipping dates. Used books that I’ve received so far are still in good condition!
