“This company has received a lot of bad reviews. I’m a 5 year member and we have never had a problem up until this month. That being said our tank ran low. I made several calls and was told I’m on th schedule but no date given. I was frustrated to be honest but I took a step back and realized the weather that we have had, the road conditions, peoples driveways, getting access to the tank. Not ideal conditions to deliver propane. Phones were busy and I had to leave a message several times but every time I spoke with someone they were apologetic and friendly. When you sit back and look at the bigger picture you realize they are doing their best and I’m not the only one that needs propane. I’m thankful for their hard work , professionalism on the phone and coming on a Saturday to deliver my propane.”

Their ways of handling customers with complex issues were very professional. In two stances, I was about to lose my clients, but these 2 made sure they help me with U- Haul customer service intervention. They stayed with me till after hours to make sure corporate resolve my issues.”
