“This company has received a lot of bad reviews. I’m a 5 year member and we have never had a problem up until this month. That being said our tank ran low. I made several calls and was told I’m on th schedule but no date given. I was frustrated to be honest but I took a step back and realized the weather that we have had, the road conditions, peoples driveways, getting access to the tank. Not ideal conditions to deliver propane. Phones were busy and I had to leave a message several times but every time I spoke with someone they were apologetic and friendly. When you sit back and look at the bigger picture you realize they are doing their best and I’m not the only one that needs propane. I’m thankful for their hard work , professionalism on the phone and coming on a Saturday to deliver my propane.”

“Economy Propane has been my propane provider for 24 years. With this recent cold snap, we ran out of propane. Completely my fault. I called the office at 8:01 am and by noon that day we not only had a full tank of propane but also another technician was able to perform the required pressure test. I can't imagine that would have ever happened with any other company. Doug and his crew just don't under perform. Great job and thank you.”

“I originally made a reservation with the U-Haul location in Dundalk almost 30 days in advance, but they canceled my reservation without even calling me. I was furious after spending money to get there, only to find out there was no truck available.
Thankfully, I contacted U-Haul Moving & Storage at Pulaski Hwy, and their staff came through right away! They were friendly, professional, and quick to set me up with what I needed. The facility was also clean and well organized, which made the whole experience so much better after a stressful start.
Highly recommend the Pulaski Hwy location — they truly saved the day!”
