“I found this shop when searching for a caftan on Etsy. When I saw that the shop was in Virginia and not too far, I decided to stop by in-person. Namia was very welcoming and took the time to show the different items she had. You can find a caftan for any occasion, including bridal ones. She has her items designed and sewn in Morocco. Also the prices are reasonable. I was very happy with my purchases and will continue to come back. I keep in touch with Naima, and she is very responsive. She updates me when she has new collections.”
“Pure Barre Columbia Maryland is a well run and maintained studio. The owner cares about her clients and provides us with excellent instruction, and a schedule to accommodate everyone needs. I highly recommend this studio, the instructors and the various Pure Barre exercise formats.”

“This store is a must go to for outdoor clothing and equipment. They have the top brands in outdoor clothing and shoes (see picture ? of the wall ? of shoes ?) as well the equipment you'd need for camping ?. Their staff is stellar! I needed a pair of really good hiking ?♂️ boots ? for an upcoming cruise ? to Iceland ??, Greenland ?? and Canada ?? and, the sales lady pulled 4 different companies boots ? in my size, supplied me with a pair of socks so, I could walk around with the different boots ? and see ? which one had the best fit. Also, they have an outstanding rewards program where you can earn rewards for your purchases AND, those rewards are good for 2 YEARS! No needing to RUSH out and use them before they expire. They have loads of parking (see picture ?). Overall, a fantastic store and, the one I'll go ?♂️ to when I need outdoor stuff.”

“So I came in here today while I waited for my five watched in Movado to be prepared (I had time to shop around) and saw their bright spring colors right across and was just like let me see what’s inside. I was greeted by a lovely cashier by the name K! She was sweet spunky and made the experience enjoyable! There were about 5 other people in the area browsing and just so happen I came across this cute “candy shop 3D” bag that reminded me of one of my fave judith leiber hot air balloon purse and I was like omg this is super cute I love!!!! So i definitely had to get a “candy shop bag” !! Me and K were looking to see if any other bag gave me the same feels and a winner was selected it was the candy shop!! *(im only calling her K because I don’t want to mess her name up so K” Definitely shop for an experience with her! She didn’t want to just sell me a bag, she wanted me to be happy with my purchase especially after we hear my fashion sense! So definitely I will be back just to hang and see her and buy some more! It was cool! They have a nice variety of selections and if you’re looking for silver anything be prepared to mix and match!! Over all I had a blast and K was great!

High quality products, smells divine and feels like silk on your skin. My fav scent will forever be Churi, but I also enjoyed the Peachy. Go and experience lux while you lather! ?”

“Really great outlet store with a large selection of office appropriate clothing, dresses, skirts, blouses, and accessories. The staff is really nice and allowed me to exchange some shorts I had gotten in the wrong size. Sales and prices are always really good at this location.”
“The general manager was awesome and went over and beyond to greet her customers. I go into a store and are generally ignored upon greeting and speaking with me. She was able to help me make some clothing choices. I was shopping with my mom in a wheelchair and the general manager did the same thing with my mom. She was able to help my mom find what she was looking for. The rest of her team was very friendly, assisting with the checkout process.
To the powers that be in old navy, you need to copy what the general manager and her staff have done here to use in your other stores.”
“I love this store. The cashier's usually look beat when I come through(usually around the holidays) Even tho I watched them work for 45 minutes straight-busy they whole time, they are still friendly and treat everyone respectfully. It's very clean considering how busy it gets.”
“If I could give 100 stars, I promise I would. I did an online order for the first time and desired to pick up in store. I went to the store after work, thinking I could just pick up. There was a younger lady, an older lady and an older gentleman. They were so kind and explained how the process works. I was going to cancel my order since I was there, but the younger lady said I didn’t have to cancel and she went and pulled my dresses. I felt so bad and they were so nice. Now, I fully understand the process of buying online after 3pm. I cannot wait to go back on my payday and grab some more items, because I saw sooooooo many cute things. “Almost every Aerie I've been to has had friendly employees but one associate here was beyond amazing in helping me get "long" 7/8 leggings as they are not yet available in that length in store. Also she encouraged a purchase that I had no idea what size to get (most of my clothes are aerie but this was out the box for me) and it was perfect. “I have read many reviews about terrible customer service, to a certain extent this is true. Trying to get someone on the phone n schedule appointments was a hassle throughout the pandemic. My daughter had a popped bracket for months because of that. But once covid settled in a bit more, it has not been that bad. I've been treated very kindly, I've missed appts n was simply charged the $25 fee, on many occasions the fee was waived. Today my daughter is getting her braces removed and receiving a retainer. If anything happens that falls in line with other reviews of poor braces treatment I will update this review. But as of now , the staff properly communicated the process, what to expect during any appointments, have treated me kindly and professionally.”
