This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful. The place my insurance company initially recommended was out almost 2 months. The entire process was smooth as can be. “I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and mechanics at High Falcon Auto Service. I received three quotes from three different repair shops and not only did High Falcon Auto Service give me the best price quote and have the highest Google review rating of the three shops, they gave me three price options for the part I needed (#1 the original OEM Toyota Part for my Toyota RAV4, #2 an OEM aftermarket option which is very close to the original part but not a Toyota branded part and #3 a non-branded aftermarket option which was the least expensive option). I chose #2 because it was pretty much the same as the original OEM part without paying the Toyota original part price. Maleny, the young lady who patiently listened to my needs, was thorough enough to give me multiple price options, which I greatly appreciated. Other shops did not give me options. High Falcon called me when the part was in. I came in the next day at 8 am and received a call from the shop at 3:15 pm the same day that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I appreciate honesty, good communication and genuine smiles and you get that at High Falcon Auto Service. I highly recommend this place !”
