“I was in the market for a pool table and shopped around before calling Cagle's Billiards in Owings Mills. Robert Cagle, the owner, answered the phone himself. From our first conversation, I immediately felt comfortable and decided to visit the showroom.
Robert was professional, honest, and straightforward. He took the time to answer all of my questions without any sales pressure. I purchased a pool table, and we scheduled delivery for three weeks later on a Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
When the doorbell rang that morning, I was surprised to see Robert standing there with another installer. I asked why the owner was doing the installation, and he explained that one of his employees had injured his back and couldn't make it. Instead of postponing my delivery or sending someone less experienced, Robert stepped in himself to make sure everything was done on time.
How many business owners would do that today? In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Robert Cagle sets the standard. His commitment to his customers and his willingness to do whatever it takes to keep his promises speak volumes about the kind of business he runs.
