What's the point of having people come into the store and still have to call customer service? Ridiculous!

Errol was my customer service representative, and he was amazing from beginning to end he explained every step of the way, I would give him 10 ? if I could, He took care of my technical stuff I never left a finger,if you in Owings Mills go see him
