Toni Brown helped me buy a new phone and she was very helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid when I didn’t understand some things. And we chatted through the setup and it was very pleasant instead of tedious. Then when I came back to turn my old phone in, she saved me from an unpleasant coworker.

I've had a quite bad experience with Verizon stores before. But not this time. The representative, Ben Foxman, did an amazing job. He is very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and has a great respect and patience for customers. If he leads this store, you will have five stars from clients much more often
