“Visited 8/19/2026. Picked up a new Modem. Was greeted by Mr. Adonis as soon as I walked in. He took my name, looked up my account and told me have a seat all in under one minute!!! Great customer service. And as I walked to have a seat was called over by next associate Mr. Terry. He ask for my information, went immediately to get the new modem and I was on my way back out all in under 5 minutes!!! I don't know if it was my lucky day but I left in amazement!
