“The day before Thanksgiving I came to Carney Tire with a damaged tire hoping to get it replaced before my holiday travel plans the next day. Paul, a service associate explained that they were busy but if I left the tire with them they would do their best to make the repair by closing. I received a call around 4:30 advising that the repair was complete, they installed the tire and I was pleased to continue my travel plans on four good tires and the spare in the trunk. I’m grateful to Paul and his staff for making my minor repair a priority during a busy holiday eve.

“Todd was the mechanic I dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. I chose this place because it was close to my home, and honestly I was kind of going in blindly (didn’t know anything about them). They worked on my Honda Accord after my auto-accident. I’m AMAZED how it looks, and it drives like it was brand new. I’m extremely impressed and I will continue to use them going forward for the phenomenal work they did and their customer service was just as good. “I love Tim's Automotive. I have taken my care there twice and I love them because they only fix what's wrong and do not try to sell you stuff you don't need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to drop you back home but not so great about picking you back up. Which I don't care. I still will take my car to them even if I have to Uber to pick up the car. Great job and great staff.”

“My driver's side door would not open fully. I took my car to Rathell and he took one look at the door and knew exactly what to do. He stepped back inside, reemerged with a tool that looked like a pancake spatula, and popped the door back into place. It took him less than 10 seconds to fix the issue and did it on the house. If I ever need body work, then I am definitely coming back to Rathell Motors Collision Repair. They are the kind of mechanics a girl needs!”

“I went here for four tires. I got four tires, they ride great. I picked this place specifically because they resolved previous service issues that another location(Harford Rd, the original location used) couldnt resolve. The manager had been helpful and went above and beyond for the customer.
I had the same Manager as I did for my service issues. I had an 8 am appt. He sold me 4 tires. Sticker price was a shock. I feel I was sold, and provided, a good product and it was kept within my price range. I overheard some of the guys in the garage talking about a discount given to a customer. My perception was they were talking about me.
I watched two customers get stuck in the bathroom because the door knob did not work from the inside. The associate at the desk, after the manager had left for parts, had been aware of it and indicated they are having troubles getting it serviced.But the desk wasnt always manned and this is when customers were getting stuck. Associate was able to let them out but this is a huge safety hazard and mustve been somewhat of a panicy feeling for each individual, once trapped in the restroom.”
“It's been a long time since I've had something good to say about a mechanic but today is the day.. Hans at Action Automotive is honestly the most complete, detail- safety oriented mechanic I've met in a long time.. he genuinely cares about as customers safety and the quality of his work.. I am very grateful that my neighbor recommended him as I now know with an 11-year-old vehicle I can take my car there with confidence and not worry about the upsell but having the repair done right along with an honest dialogue of what should be done to keep her running. “The shop repaired my truck in June. The receptionist didn't tell me the job wasn't completed until I arrived. They claimed new Mercedes parts were on backorder for six months. I was pissed!
I followed up three months later by email; there was no response. Then I called. The receptionist had me on hold for 15 minutes. When I hung up and called back, the phone kept going to voicemail. I had time that day, so I drove up there. I asked the receptionist, who wasn't busy, to speak to the manager.
Rob Gibson, the general manager, informed me that they're under new management and hiring new people. He apologized for the delay and reordered the parts. Monday morning, the pairs were put on in less than an hour. I am writing this review to thank Rob (these stars are for you!) and to let everyone know this place is under new management. With Rob's leadership, hopefully, things will change for the better.”

“I recently bought a brand new 2025 civic sport from heritage Honda and I very please with the whole experience. This is the second new honda that I have purchased from them and both times it was an excellent experience. They really "saved the day" for me because I came to them from another dealership which I had a nightmare of an experience and they were able to rebound everything in a positive direction. My sales rep was Erin and she was AWESOME ! From the jump, she was very helpful, accommodating, and not pushy AT ALL. One thing that will push me away faster than anything is when a sales associate is being pushy or forceful. She was super patient with me and even when I had mentioned getting another vehicle at another dealership, she just said, "I understand, you have to do what makes you happy and what's in your best interest". That right there told me that her goal was just to see me satisfied with whatever decision I made and I can respect that 100%.
My credit is not the best and still they were able to get me financed on a brand new civic and my payment was not crazy but was right around what I expected it to be. She had me test drive a pearl white civic sport with the black wheels and accents and i loved it ! I left that day with the car and I am very happy with it. The whole experience was awesome and I would recommend if you're looking for a new Honda, go talk to Erin at Heritage, you wont be disappointed with your experience, whether you leave with a car or not.”
