“Went here because the chiropractor office near me that does Dot exam screw me, they gave me a one year Dot certificate stating the doctor wanted to check on me. Your not my primary care physician, so do I need you to check on me? they also charge $125 when Dr Jung charges $85. Dr Jung staff get you in and out under 15 minutes. They have excellent vibes, friendly make you feel welcomed and making their customers laugh. I found my new Dot examiner. Last thing, they so close to G&M I went here to get me a crab cake. Thank Dr Jung. One more thing I forgot, that when I left Dr Jung office, they informed me that they sent everything to MVA for me when other offices give you instructions on how to do it yourself which is a life saver”

“This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of an urgent care, it was actually busy but I almost felt like I was the only person there! The staff was very friendly and thorough and I was very satisfied with my visit.”
“I went to job today on York Road and went and got a x-ray and the lady was so nice. The machine wasn’t working and you would not believe the lady came and dropped off the CD for the x-ray door-to-door service. I can’t believe it. I forgot her name, but she does the x-ray on York Road. She’s in an x-ray division at job medical systems on York Road. Very nice lady.”
“Staff was very nice. The doctor was also nice and got straight to the diagnosis. In and out. This is my 3rd or 4th time going. Of course it’s always the wait time but even that wasn’t to bad. Better than the wait time at the hospital. I like coming here”

My husband went to LabCorp in the same building, since this is where his doctor wanted him to go. When he got there, there were about 10 people waiting so he didn’t stay. Too bad he couldn’t have used Quest!”

“I had to get my 1 year old bloodwork to check her lead level and was so concerned about it after having a bad experience (somewhere else) with my first child. We scheduled an appointment, were seen right away and had two phlebotomists help us. It was the BEST experience, they were both so helpful and patient with us. We used the buzzy bee vibrating ice pack to help and my 1 year old DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE the needle and bloodwork. No crying. Didn't even flinch. It was AMAZING. I believe the phlebotomist's name was Kristin and she's only there one day a month. Ask for her if your children need bloodwork!”
“Caitlyn / Caitlin was a welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.
I think LabCorp needs to let the other employee who was working the front desk this morning know that this is the kind of experience they should provide all patients. Unfortunately, this second employee has very short, abrasive, and dismissive to me and another mother/daughter combo that was checking in. It goes a long way to set the tone for those who may be worried about having blood drawn, may need language assistance, or may just be visiting for the first time.

“I saw bad reviews & was worried about my visit. However I saw very surprised. Check in was a breeze, the phlebotomist was very kind. In all transparency I am horrible with getting blood drawn but she was quick and talked to me the whole time. From the moment I walked in the door to walking out I was there for maybe 15 minutes. The young lady with the long dark hair & black glasses was nothing but kind to me while I was super sick. I couldn’t apologize enough and she didn’t mind or make a big deal of it at all even though I was embarrassed. I’m grateful for her kindness every time I go into this location!”
“This is a bright, spacious location. Plenty of parking was available with online appointments easily accessible. Tyla, my technician, was very friendly. She was able to do my draw quickly and without multiple sticks. I will happily use this location again.”
“10/17/2025 - I was the first one there around 7:52a. Before 8a, 2 more people had come. I used the Express check-in Kiosk, which scanned my driver’s license and insurance card. It was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Then the nurse called my name to briefly checked me in again and gave me the bill. I paid it by credit card there. Then I waited inside the lab room for another 10 minutes or so while she checked in other patients. She took my blood without issues. When I walked out, there were at least 10 people waiting. The whole process took about 20 mins. I appreciate the nurse’s professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, considering she was the only person work there.”
“Had to get my blood drawn for some medical test and the ladies here are so nice, friendly and personable. I did not know I had to fast for some of my tests so I came back two days later and was greeted in the same manner I was greeting when I came earlier in the week. I had the privilege of having my blood drawn by Ms.Debbie and she was very friendly, personable and she got it right the first time. There was no pain or discomfort and our conversation flowed naturally. If you have a choice on where your blood is drawn be sure to pick CML, you will not regret it!”

“I had a very pleasant experience at this quest diagnostic location. The tech was so pleasant and the whole thing went without a hitch. I made my appointment yesterday. I arrived today at the required time and checked in at the kiosk and that was it! It all worked like clockwork! One thing, I could not find the quest diagnostic because I didn't know it was in the Safeway next to the pharmacy. So for all of you guys that go there for the first time that's where you'll find it ? thanks again for a wonderful experience!”
