“I feel for the people working here, I was astonished at how many people were crowded into the waiting room every time we’ve been here. But people were going in and out, it’s not like they weren’t doing their jobs or anything like that. It was busy and I just couldn’t imagine how they get it all done every day if this is the patient load they have. Do we need more LabCorp locations or something? Sure seems like it. They were kind and polite and patient while taking care of me there. We made a little small talk but they just seemed like they must be exhausted and I was too just looking at the situation and thinking is this how it always is? What a tough job. There have been loud, unruly patients in the waiting room twice as well and they did their best to handle it peacefully and efficiently for everyone both times. I have respect for these people working here and I really appreciate how skilled and efficient and polite they were while taking care of me. It sucks waiting a long time in a crowded waiting room but we’ll keep using this location because the other closest one is the same way. Just seems like we need more of them.”

“I hate coming to these quest diagnostics because they take to long. This is the only one that you still have to wait but only 10mins sometimes less. The nurses here are so patient and kind. Ms. Suki Gwen always look out for us. She is so sweet and she always helps us. I will be returning..”
“I came in this morning for a urinalysis and blood work. A gentleman named Ronnie was working the front desk checking people in. There were quite a few people in the waiting area but his colleague in the back was quickly and efficiently taking care of patients. To prevent people from waiting too long, Ronnie started juggling the front desk AND doing blood work in the back. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. To top it off he was extremely friendly and the blood work was pain free! I feel like people probably don’t leave a lot of positive reviews on places like Labcorp so I wanted to call out this location and shout out Ronnie specifically!”
“I know common sense is in short supply, however, why not state in the directions for Waltham woods in Towson that the office is inside Safeway Supermarket 🤭. It would really help.”
“The location and hours are very convenient, and making an appointment couldn't be easier. Having a scheduled appointment makes it the experience and wait time all the nicer...with just one phlebotomist, the place runs incredibly well!”
“I saw Anne as my phlebotomist and she was wonderful. I am super scared of needles and find blood work really uncomfortable but there was no pain and we were done quickly!”
“I had an excellent experience today. The practitioners (Dia and Taylor) were both very kind and supportive and easily accomodated my need for lying down while having blood drawn. The space was clean and I was seen quickly (I called ahead to check that I could lie down, but did not have an appointment). I'm not sure how Dia did it but that was the most painless blood draw I've ever had, I could barely feel the needle going in or out. Highly recommend them and this location.”
“The ladies in this location are extremely friendly and helpful. I had a few questions and the lady who helped me was very patient with me and never got frustrated. I felt like I was as important as any other person in the office.I did have to wait due to the fact that I did not make an appointment first, so that was my fault. It will be a lot quicker if you make an appointment and it’s easy to do online.
The next time I need my blood work done I will definitely be going to LabCorp on Philadelphia Road again”
“Had to get my blood drawn for some medical test and the ladies here are so nice, friendly and personable. I did not know I had to fast for some of my tests so I came back two days later and was greeted in the same manner I was greeting when I came earlier in the week. I had the privilege of having my blood drawn by Ms.Debbie and she was very friendly, personable and she got it right the first time. There was no pain or discomfort and our conversation flowed naturally. If you have a choice on where your blood is drawn be sure to pick CML, you will not regret it!”
“I got there early Saturday morning I was in and out within 20 minutes Omari was my tech he was awesome! He needs to teach a class on drawing blood. My overall experience was good I don’t have any complaints”

I had a very short wait.The ladies there were very kind, caring and helpful.I always go the the Dundalk location,and I never have a problem there.I didn't even feel the needle stick! I will always go to this location because they know what they are doing and they treat you with respect.”
