“If you have dogs, especially larger dogs, Pet Depot is literally THE BEST place in the Baltimore Metro area to take them for baths and supplies. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. They have several self serve dog wash stalls, so bring your shampoo or buy some there. They supply towels, an apron, and a vacuum dryer in each stall. Plus they have an awesome array of treats, toys, and pretty much any other pet supply you can imagine. My dog gets a couple Yak Cheese chews and a new toy every time we go here. And the swim lessons in their pool are an absolute dream. My boy was terrified the first time I took him for a swim lesson, but he takes to water like a baby duck now. Totally worth it!!!”
“This is been my regular pet food and supply store since it opened. Love the product selection and that they don’t shy away from ordering items they don’t typically carry. The staff are very knowledgeable and personable - not taking long to know your name and what you typically purchase. On top of that, the store is always very clean and organized. I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else for my pet needs.”
“This is the best pet groomer in town. We have a dog and 2 cats that are cared for here and they love this place. They always come out clean and happy. “This place is amazing and they love their reptiles! I went in one day with my son just to look at all of the animals and there was a beautiful 9 year old bearded dragon that had just been surrendered about 30 minutes before we got there. From that day on I knew I needed him! They were super helpful and gave me updates on him when I would call to check on him. If you ever want to learn more about reptiles, I’d 10/10 recommend this place!”
“We had just picked up our 4 month old French bulldog from animal hospital after having 3 surgeries to repair a badly broken elbow & a 3 day stay they told us to get a no pull harness I called scratch n sniff she was about to close I explained our situation & we were only 3 minutes away not only did she stay open she helped me with choosing the right harness plus they have great treats for pups I highly recommend this pet supply I continue to shop there ! “Great customer care and service. You can tell the ladies of Hair Off The Dog really care for their customers and the customers' pets. When I pulled up, I was greeted by a friendly employee who wanted to let me know that she had a couple of anti-social/possibly aggressive dogs showing up any minute so for my safety and the safety of my dog I should stay in my car. She went above and beyond from the moment I arrived all the way to the completion of cleaning and clipping the nails of my dog.

“I like going to this Petco. It’s close to home and I can usually get what I need. This last visit though was disappointing in the wet cat food department. I was looking for the Friskies shreds and there were only a couple cans on the shelves. So I looked for the Whole Hearted minced and it was a very limited selection. I bought one can and normally would’ve bought six out seven.”

Then I came in the next day to buy crickets in the checkout person couldn’t have been sweeter. She even put the cricket box together and put the food in it and tell me every step of what to do. She was so kind.”
“My partner and I love this store. We have purchased several fish, a lot of our aquariums and supplies from them. Joanna is wonderful. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She not only answers my fish care questions, but my Polish language questions as well. They sold some of our angelfish offspring for store credit, which saved us some money in fish food. Highly recommend.”

“Small but mighty pet store! They have everything for all types of critters. I own 2 dogs, a cat, and a gecko. Initially popped in for emergency substrate for my gecko and walked out a new regular customer. Regina was friendly and knowledgeable. We got to talking about how I wished they’d sell my cats food and she’s going to start carrying it in the store. She also showed me how the comprable dog food I get from Costco is something they sell more for less. 10/10”

“Our Dog Z is a pit/lab mix. He has eaten K9 Cravings exclusively for the last 9 years. He is 12 now and people still think he is a puppy. He has never had allergies or medical issues. I can’t recommend a raw food diet for dogs, or K9 Cravings, enough.
We started back when you had to order a month supply and pick it up from our neighbor, to gratefully purchasing it from local dog stores.

“Over the past 30 plus years, I have tried joint supplements on my Dobermans with no luck. “I had a great experience here ♥ my kids loved it as well. We ended up adopting a Guinea Pig 🐹 and the girl working with the animals is such an animal lover 💕 she’s definitely a good fit. I was considering getting a small, cheaper cage and she advocated for all Guinea Pigs saying that they need a good home (cage) where they can be comfortable and roam freely. She made suggestions without a sales pitch hassle. I just loved her attitude, I like seeing animal lovers working with animals, perfecto!
At the register, I was told that I saved $60, which was not true. I also ended up paying more for the Guinea then what was listed-maybe they should be more clear with prices or anything they’re adding on to the price, otherwise, great visit. 🥰”

“Literally had one of the worst days of my life and needed surgery so afterwards I stopped here to buy myself a treat (jumping spider). Was told it was too late to purchase an animal (we did go in last minute). But after explaining my day to the worker she said shed make an exception. My day went from one of the worst days of my life to having something to look forward too again. I understand rules are meant to be followed but you never know what happened in somebodys day and I just wanted to write them a review because they turned my entire day from being awful into being able to have something to look forward too. Even though everybody was busy closing and cleaning they took time out for me to choose and purchase my spider. Every single worker in there was so kind and even told me that they hope im feeling better. A little kindness goes a long way and I will go out of my way to come to this petsmart anytime I need something because of how kind they were. I am very appreciative of all the workers there tonight and cant wait to come back and visit again.”

“This the only PETCO that smells like a bunch of stinking animals when you walk in! It’s like walking into BARCS animal shelter. No other PETCO smells like it need a total cleaning and wash down but this one! They are usually stocked with what you need, the staff friendly but the smell is horrible.”

Yes they are short staffed or dont have many people working, which you just have to be a understanding & supportive person, be patient etc. I have not had any issues with anyone, all employees are super friendly. My frogs ive gotten from them are healthy & perfect.”
