“I really like this secondhand store. It seems to be very organized. And because it's large they usually have a very good selection. Tuesday is senior citizen discount day. And Thursday is 20% off for everybody. I have gotten lots of things at this store.”
“It's fun to go to 2nd chance. You never know what you'll find? Sometimes I go there looking for one thing and I end up buying something else. Even if I don't buy anything it's always an interesting adventure. Like visiting a museum that you can touch and buy the exhibits.”
“The store is awesome. I didn't buy anything on my first visit, however I did utilize consignment, and was very pleased with the outcome. Also the sales reps were very efficient, and extremely nice. Also, the store was extremely clean. Special shotout to the ladies that do the intake, they do a awesome job. 😊”
“The staff are new….. this is a great change. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and display good work ethic( they care about their job). The store is well organized, clean and well stocked with all sizes. My go to place for selling my kids clothes and toys. I always receive fair value for my items. Store offers cash or store credit.

“Lots of really nice clothes -including boutique brands, new tennis shoes I got for $5, Torrid jeams sz 16 for $2, gray work slacks $4, nice soft inside, flexible hard outsole velcro-close slippers were the priciest item I bought for $12.50 (was marked down from $25). Everything else was under $9 - fancy blouses in the boutique (a brand I'd never heard of) were $7 and $8. And on top of that - a whole sturdy Trader Joe's brown paper bag full- there was an additional percentage discount so I was so pleased that everything- 3 blouses, 2 pr pants, shoes, slippers, and a cardigan, and I'm probably forgetting 1 or 2 more items - for under $50!! Oh, and they have a dressing room, too.
I just wish the shop was open outside of my working hours. Their hours are 10-4 M-Sat.
I work 8 to 4 M-F unless its every 5th week when I work the weekend shift & get 3 weekdays off. I will definitely shop there again!! So so pleased!!”

“Always think of President Jimmy Carter when dropping donations. Last time we visited there were some LLadro pieces at bargain prices , as well as Lenox and Palfstaff (sp). Well worth visiting for collectors.
Also available is the array of new home appliances. I suppose donated by companies or people engaged in new construction. All at unbelievably low prices. All the profits benefiting those unable to own a home on their own. (The American dream we all cherish).”

“I have been coming to this business for over 20 years. With patience and time, you can find great bargains and top made items. There is something here for the budget conscious and those who don't mind spending a little more.
A second thing that makes the store a great experience is the staff, they are kind, courteous, and very patient. I would like to acknowledge one of the associates, her name is Essence Gilbert, what a wonderful representative for this business. I found her to be helpful, resourceful, pleasant, and just plain nice.

“This place is phenomenal it's incredible the deals that you can get in here I've only been coming here for a couple of months and I literally visit every day that they're open because I'm scared I'll miss out on one of their fantastic opportunity or deals they have very very good brand new and Barely Used second hand things for bottom prices I mean they even have a $0.10 table you wouldn't believe must see for yourself”

“The employees at this store are super nice and do a great job of maintaining the store. The prices are a little all over the place and can be on the high end, but that seems to be the norm for thrift stores these days. They definitely take pride in the store and it shows in how well it's kept up.”

“The store was clean and organized. The staff was active and friendly. More clothes than furniture. The DVD and book section was smaller but I walked out with 10$ in fantasy and sci-fi paperbacks. Used my phone to pay at the register. Had to find parking in the neighborhood off Greenmount short walk.”
“The selection wasn't huge. They had some Ralph Lauren polos for sale, but unfortunately, they weren't in my size. The lady at the register was very nice.”

“If you like thrifting this is a pretty good place. They have chairs, clothes, and kitchen items; some of the items are even brand new. One time I bought some some short sleeve polo shirts with a collar. They have shoes; though not many. The location is a little bit difficult to get to. It is behind other businesses. Parking is in the back. The donation drop off is on the road side which is the back of the building though by the road which is opposite the parking. It is a one-way from the opposite of what you've seen from the road so that after you drop off you can exit to the road.”

“This goodwill has gotten drastically better within the last 2 months or so I would say. Wondering if management changed. The store actually has stock out on the shelves finally and is so much more organized. I use to avoid this location but now I go whenever I am in the area. Not sure what changed but I appreciate it. The toy section actually has stock now. Use to be so barren. I do wish they had better book selection and better children’s book section. I also miss the way they use to organize the children’s shoes. Now it is I a lot smaller. Those are my only complaints.”

“This store is a lot better than Google. I've visited here with friends when I've been able to. The restaurants in the Eastpoint area increased their price, so I applied to Goodwill for employment.”
“This place is awesome! I found the perfect overalls that I have been searching for for years. My body shape is very challenging to fit into a pair of overalls so boy was I excited to find some for eight bucks! The only downside of this facility is that for whatever reason, there are no dressing room rooms. So I actually had to try them on over my dress which was a bit awkward. My cashier, Christine was very nice and helpful!”

“My first time visiting a Goodwill Outlet, and surprisingly, it was such a fun experience!
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. You pick items directly from the bins and pay by weight, with different pricing for each category.
I was especially impressed by how organized and well-maintained the bins were. There were actually a lot of really nice and interesting finds!
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a Goodwill Outlet, but I genuinely enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back.”

“This Goodwill is alright. Organized and the employees are very nice. I never really find clothes or shoes I like but the glassware section is usually good. The only issue I have with this store is that there’s no dressing rooms and they close the donation center area before closing time. It says 7pm Mon-Fri, but there’s been a few times I’ve arrived at 6:45 with just a small bag and the door was closed and locked. I get closing/not accepting donations maybe a few minutes early, but not a whole 15min early. Other than that, it’s an alright Goodwill store!”
