“It was a fairly short visit, however it was a pleasant experience. Employees were visible and helpful. It was bright, clean and inviting. I found what I needed and browsed for a bit, picking up a few more things. The self checkout was incident free. The young man at the front was so friendly and professional. Before I left, he handed me a magazine…. I was puzzled and said “that’s not mine”, he said “ no ma’am it’s free, take one. It was a free magazine about the World Cup. Pleasantly surprised! Nice visit!”
“Best pharmacy EVER!!! Forget the big brands, and come here. The staff is so kind, friendly & always proactive with making sure you have your meds. Our daughter Nai is neurodivergent and having meds to support focus / attention and sleep is imperative. Thankfully we never have to struggle to get her prescriptions (as we did with other pharmacies). Thankful for all you all do to make it easy for everyone - especially parents like us! ♥️”

“This is my first time using Belair Pharmacy and right now I am happy I transferred my prescriptions from CVS. They didn’t have my meds in stock but it didn’t take over a week or more to get them in, whereas CVS still don’t have them according to them it’s on back order. Great staff they’re nice, friendly, and the environment is like a breath of fresh air. There was no line and they have delivery for all my meds not just some. I would definitely pass on the recommendation because someone recommended them to me. Can’t go past 5 stars but I give them 10 stars. Have a blessed day everyone”

“Store is wonderful staff too food also but there was this cashier name Nitta with glasses that was very rude to me just because I am Hispanic I always buy food here but today was not the day maybe she has a problem or needs to get off some days her attitude was a little racist and rude it makes me sad because it should not be like that.”
“The staff are always so wonderful here & I never wait long, my prescriptions weren’t ready yet when I went today & they told me 5-10 minutes and not even 5 minutes later they were done! Plus they are so friendly and welcoming. I love having them as my pharmacy for my family and I.”

The prescriptions are ready under an hour. I highly recommend JP Pharmacy! He gets 10 stars from me”
“This company saved my sanity and possibly my dog's life. The regular vet was out of my furbaby's needed heart medicine but suggested Professional Pharmacy. I walked in about 1/2 hour before closing, script in hand and I waited less than 10 minutes and I was back out the door. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely use this pharmacy again.”

“I just transferred from giant pharmacy, to this pharmacy, yesterday 6-2-26. It’s by far the most best decision I’ve ever made. The man, Vinay, I believe owner, but not positive. Is TRULY a caring, compassionate kind man, who has already gone above and beyond for me in one day compared to any big chain/store pharmacy, I’ve went to in my life. I called 15 or so pharmacy’s before this one, all couldn’t accept new etc. skip all that and call straight here!!! I’m so very grateful that it brought me to this kind and caring pharmacy where I can see myself doing business for a very very long time. Hopefully forever. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are at any chain store waiting weeks, med mix ups or any other issues, to try out this pharmacy. Even if not you still will be happy you made the switch! if he doesn’t have a medication he will order any medication and have it next day. You will NOT be dissapointed. He has delivery services, and services for assisted living/long term or similar to bubble pack etc. I also highly suggest him for that. as that’s the field I come from geriatrics. This is by far the best courteous pharmacist I’ve met and can tell truly cares if I could give 10+ stars I would!!! Highly Highly recommend this pharmacy.
Thank you Vinay, for being so quick, to get my much needed meds(which were telehealth, Same issue from the 1 (& only) low rated review who is not local, somewhere in Md) and my primary is in Carroll county(over an hr away) not local and I’m not having any issues. Got my telehealth meds immediately, and was on top of getting my quite long med list from my pcp from my previous pharmacy.
Vinay goes above and beyond with compassion and care and kept calling ME to say he still hasn’t gotten my med list. He is caring, hard working and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for making my transition so easy and your kindness 🙏🏻 A+++ service here

“Just picked up a medication here for the first time and now plan to change all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. CVS was out of my meds so I called Gardenville yesterday, easily spoke to the pharmacist he confirmed they could get what I needed and it was ready the next day. I got a friendly phone call and a text to let me know my pills were ready. When I came in today, I assumed they would need my insurance information, but they had somehow already found it all simply handed me the pills and that was it. Next time I will try out the drive-through window to make this already easy process even easier. So happy to have this friendly local own business nearby looking forward to giving them more business in the future.”

“I really enjoy shopping here because the aisles are always wide, clean, and very easy to navigate. The produce section is definitely a highlight for me since everything looks bright and fresh, and they have a great variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from. I also love visiting the deli and bakery area because the staff is super helpful, and you can smell the fresh bread as soon as you walk nearby. It feels like a very reliable neighborhood spot where the prices are fair and the checkout lines move quickly even when it gets a little busy. Whether I'm just stopping in for a quick snack or doing a full week of grocery shopping, the friendly atmosphere makes the whole experience much more pleasant.”

“I switched from CVS to Joppa Rd RX over a year ago, and it was a GREAT decision. Both pharmacists know who I am as soon as I call or stop in, and I've never had any issues getting stuff filled efficiently. I spend a lot of time dealing with stupid insurance stuff and scheduling with doctors, but at the very least, this pharmacy has made my life and medication management significantly easier!”
“Clean. But pricey. No cashiers...had to use self check out. There was one girl that was suppose to be on the register. She was standing there...but no light on ..very busy talking to another worker. This was june 11th between 3 and 4 pm”
“This place is great on the gas prices ,can pull up quick and multi lanes for alittle faster service, but. ..a big but..... but the gas handles are so outdated at the Rosedale,petri way location,u gotta really work the nozzles so that the gas flows,if not,they'll keep clicking off. Sams club??? Will you please update ur gas handles..?? Please?”
