“Jerry and Janet are exceptionally helpful, friendly, and generous people. They truly shine the light of Christ in an ever dimmer world. The two coffee mugs I purchased today are gorgeous. The depth of color and texture in the glazing is mesmerizing and the mugs themselves are made strong with a beautiful shape and symmetry. I drink coffee for breakfast every morning, and in using these mugs everyday will be reminded of Jerry and Janet's kindness. Small, local businesses are the best businesses. God bless you.”

“Great experience in store. Explored the website first but went in store to test drive. Appreciate the consultation without the sales push. Can’t wait for my new sleep number to arrive!”

“My husband and I walked into the Arhaus store in kenilworth a few days ago with the intent of just looking around. After a minute or two, we were approached by Cami Walker. She struck up a pleasant conversation and before we knew it, we were in the market for a complete upgrade to our family room. She was knowledgeable, professional and even enlisted Mary (a designer there) to help us with ideas. I am now looking forward to receiving my furniture in a few weeks. Cami is a rare find…and a true asset to Arhaus.”

“I highly recommend shopping at Ethan Allen. Not only is the quality superb but the service is excellent. The company offers warranties on its products. The personnel at the store are very helpful and will actually come to your home and give good advice on what furniture and accessories, such as rugs, work in it. The delivery of the furniture was a good experience as well. There was not one scratch on any wall. The deliverers were very careful with handling the furniture. From past experience, where furniture had to be assembled, the deliverers knew how to assemble it. I always receive compliments on any furniture I have bought from Ethan Allen.”

“Levinson rugs had cleaned several rugs for me with great service. When I wasn't pleased with how one antique rug turned out, the owner redid the rug cleaning at no additional charge. They also can perform repairs and care for high quality wool and antique rugs which is becoming more and more rare of a service nowadays.”

“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

“Very useful store for a bunch of incidental things to fill a home with. Picture frames, decorations, whatever - it’s in the name, “Home Goods,” right? The shopping center location is easy to enter and exit as well.”

“HUGE shoutout to the wonderful Stacy who went above and beyond to help fix an order issue after corporate was less than helpful. She truly made our day and even though the store is an hour away from us we’ll make the drive out there again soon. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and we always leave with so much more than we intended on buying :)”

“Chase was so patient and helpful as we narrowed down our search for the perfect recliner! We found what we wanted that was within our set budget and needs. Arrival set for next week so I can’t comment on that part of it yet, but the purchase side of it was great!”

“Outstanding experience at the Pottery Barn store in Towson, MD! Cherelle went above and beyond helping me furnish a residential lobby, thoughtfully designing several areas including seating with a coffee bar, a banquette table space, and a reception area. I don’t have a strong design eye, but she pulled together beautiful furnishings and accessories that made the space feel warm and welcoming. Exceptional service—if I could give 10 stars, I would! The Towson store is absolutely beautiful.”
