“Pretty cool selection with wildly varying prices. Some things will cost less than you expect and some will cost far more than you could afford. Quite confusing honestly but in general really nice selection for people from home owners to someone looking to furnish an apartment. Also has a large reclaimed lumber section with old growth etc. Prices vary again but pretty massive selection. If you have cash to spend on interesting finds, really cool place with decent parking”
“Great idea well executed! This place is awesome for artists, makers, and crafters. If you paint, sew, draw, knit--create in some form--you can find good, used materials and tools to help you either get started or keep going. Lots of stock and great prices. Friendly, professional staff to assist. Definitely fun to visit... especially if you like to hunt for and snag cool things or useful items.”
“Adopted our dog a few years ago from and the staff/volunteer staff was great and so sweet to the dog. I've also volunteered with them before and can tell that everyone really cares for the animals. Would highly recommend considering adoption from them.”
“I hosted my 40th Birthday Party at the American Legion this past Saturday 4/20/24 and all I can say is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I can't thank Kevin, Tie, and Bunny for all of their help and support in helping make my party an absolute success. I can't wait to host another event here!! Thks Guys❤️❤️❤️”
“They gave me space, tools, and materials and walked me through the repair. They caught an issue with my aluminum fork and offered a carbon fiber fork for very little. Baltimore needs more places like them.
Highly recommend.”
“My family and I had an excellent experience at ReStore with Cherrie helping us. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She made the experience quick and easy and she was so sweet to my nonverbal daughter. I will definitely shop there again.”
“Edit- upon further investigation, the issue was with NSC directly and not this agency. Jessica here has fixed the issues!I have been trying to get my BLS CPR Trainer certification since JUNE. I was approved by NSC at multiple levels to teach in JULY. I continually email, get bounced around, told new curriculum is coming out, etc. I even offered the buy the old curriculum knowing I would have to buy it again when it is renewed. Nothing. I have had dozens of people miss the opportunity to be CPR certified by me(which I have been wanting to do at no cost to my community), and a cardiac arrest AT MY OFFICE since I have been trying to get this program. You either do not want my money, or do not truly care about safety education to the public.”
“If the outside is this amazing and awesome, the inside must be even more amazing!!!! We strolled Mt. Washington and walked by Baltimore Clayworks. We are a family that loves to do pottery. We will be back to take a class!!!”
“Great place as a nonprofit when you need tools for reduce rental rate and everything is by appointment that can be inconvenient, but staff us helpful and friendly”
“Had my wedding here (outside) a few weeks ago! Property well maintained. The members that I worked with were more then willing to answer any questions that I had. Faith and Don..thank you!!”

“Stopped by today: sign on door that says temporary closed until 5/27/25. Moving to 701 Wyman Park Dr, which is nearby. Hope this helps others figure out why no one answers the phone.”
“I liked this location a lot better than the Reisterstown store. It is much smaller, but seemed to have more of a selection and much better prices. The parking lot is horrible and is tight. The staff were so nice and attentive to customers. Without even being asked, the gentleman who rang me up gave me their rewards card, so I could get discounts when I shop at this franchises stores again. I thought that was fantastic and excellent customer service. I wish I knew his name so he could be recognized.”
“The Scottish Rite of Free Masonry broke ground in 1930 on their current building, on the corner of 39th and North Charles Streets, in the Guilford neighborhood of Baltimore. It is an imposing building that houses offices, meeting rooms, a library, and an auditorium. The auditorium will take your breath away; it is so striking. The stage is enormous and there is seating for 1065 guests. On the lower level is a large banquet hall that boasts one of the largest dance floors in the city. It also has two stages and has seating for 450 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything a caterer would need. Also on the lower level is the Scottish Rite Childhood Speech & Language Center, which is a pediatric clinic committed to serving children with a wide range of speech and language impairments. On our first snow storm of the season, we attended their Thanksgiving Thursday lunch. It was delicious. It was so nice to see their Christmas Garden up as well as an extensive array of Nativity sets.”
“Everybody from the security team to the aides and nurses were absolutely wonderful and cordial. Their compassion and patience was unending. My mother's last two weeks of her life, while spent here at Gilchrist Hospice in Baltimore, were comfortable and serene. We couldn't have asked for a better hospice experience. My only grievance with Gilchrist was with the home care my mother received. We had a nurse who was wildly out of bounds in the beginning. The way she spoke to our family was completely inappropriate. I hope that it was dealt with internally after I made a complaint to the social worker who was in charge of my mother's file. The facility itself and the workers there were excellent though.”
“Center for Urban Families is a place that embraces you like Family as soon as you walk into the door. The resources inside those walls are life changing. It will take consistency, effort, and determination by the individual to fully take advantage of all the benefits of the Center. They will definitely help you become the best person you can be. I love CFUF.”

“This building is pretty easy to spot from the road. There are designated parking spaces in front of the building that are expressly for donors. As I entered the building, I was immediately greeted by the security guard. After checking my identification, he directed me to the donation room. As I entered the donation area, I was once again, immediately greeted. Each person with which I interacted was VERY professional and courteous. I was seen almost immediately (in advance of my appointment time). The technician that took care of me (Ms. S) was one of the fastest and most polite people I have ever had the fortune with which to work (not that I did much). Her donation stick was painless and fast. She explained each step of the process and what to do and expect post donation. The 'recovery' canteen was bountiful. I took in my share of cookies and juices. Upon my departure, I was thanked again and given a t-shirt.”
“It’s a great school. Staff is great but they’re too strict with the attendance keep saying if you miss 10 days you will be put out of school things do happen in life. People do have kids and they talk about 10 days even if you have an excuse”
“Cheder Chabad is a wonderful and warm school all the way from preschool through their elementary school. I have been able to know them both professionally from providing Speech and occupational therapy services to children in the school and personally from my own children and would highly recommend them. The Rebbe's and Morahs are warm, collaborative, and caring and have been wonderful to work with on all accounts.”
“The JCS staff are committed to excellence in all aspects of service, ranging from in-home care, to mental health care, to career guidance. The outstanding services provided are available to all members of the community, Jewish and non-Jewish.”
“Would give 10+ stars if I could! From the beginning with returning my call to obtain an appointment to me showing up- this entire staff is phenomenal!!! Service was beyond thorough, detailed, professional, courteous and compassionate! My questions were not rushed or put aside. The site managers are welcoming and knowledgeable! They offered resources even beyond my visit! This agency is overlooked and underappreciated. You ALL are the best”

“Warm friendly atmosphere for someone whos experiencing anxiety or any kind of difficulty/hardship. The hardest thing to do is admit the need for help...the rest is waiting through the empathic doors of BCRI.”
“This is a great organization who under new leadership is working to engage our local citizens, membership, and business community to improve the Randallstown area. Please check the Randallstown NAACP facebook page for information on general meetings to see what is being worked on.”
“They are a true gem in our community! Not only do they provide top-notch Russian language and cultural education, but they also offer a wide range of additional language options and engaging activities. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and understanding, creating a warm and supportive environment for learners. Highly recommend!””
