“Mr. James is an excellent officer here, he solve everything very fast, professional and very friendly. Thank you very much for your good work, you are making this office bright”
“I just want to say that my first experience at this post office was amazing the sweet lady who helped me out was beyond professional. My return experience hadn't been going that great until I came to this post office and she helped me out and made the experience easy for me. Not to mention she understood my struggle with returning anything to the UK. This lady with multitasking helping me and helping everybody else with a positive attitude. She deserves her flowers.”
“My favorite post office that I have ever visited! I ship pretty consistently and never have a bad experience here. The clerks are so fast and helpful, give those ladies a raise! Always well stocked and organized.”
“Long line but Tiffany worked hard to help everyone! It was my first time sending priority mail and the employees were really helpful and quick with the process. Definitely will come again.”
“The people who work here are knowledgeable and so pleasant—they clearly get along with each other, too. Today I watched them handle a customer’s bad attitude with grace and professionalism, and they were still polite! And I take it for granted that they’re good at their work because I’ve never had an issue mailing in or out with them. So, a very easy 5/5.”
“LOVE this post office. You can park for free — unlike many post offices. The staff is super-friendly, unlike many post offices (looking at you, River Road, Potomac!) and they are knowledgeable and efficient but not officious (looking at you again, Potomac!). Plenty of mailing stuff if you need it — plus some greeting cards and sets of cards. All the stamps. Never a line (hello Potomac, and Bethesda POs). But mostly it’s the staff.”
“Have done all my kids’ passport photos here. They are patient with babies and young children and careful with the application.
Parking is good. If your package has a prepay label, you can skip the line to drop it off. The price is right, and the lines are only really bad at Christmastime.”
“Hands down the best USPS experience I’ve had in the DMV. Sue is an expert advisor and helped me multiple times over many packages with complex needs. Very grateful!”
“Highly recommend! Really great experience at this USPS. Friendly staff and great service. Located in a super cute area with stores and restaurants and plenty of parking.
Had to wait a bit for the family in front of me getting their passports done but I was next in line and completed it within 10 minutes during walk-in hours. Very happy I was able to do so as I needed expedited service and had gone to another USPS the same morning and had a terrible experience (opened 10 min late, super long line and agent managed to get thru only one family during the entire hour and so everyone else was SOL)”

“Had an appointment for my passport and was seen by H Tran earlier than the time. I was in and out within 15 minutes. She was nice and prompt with service. Highly recommend going online and filling out the form and getting the photo ahead and you may also need to submit documents to the State Department.”
“This USPS location is fantastic. Ms Tran is the most helpful USPS person I have ever encountered. She has helped me many times, the line moves quickly and they even have a self checkout machine.”
“THIS USPS HAS THE BEST SERVICE EVERRRRR??❤️❤️ THERE IS SO MANY USPS IN THIS CITY BUT THIS ONE HAS THE BEST STAFFS!! SO FRIENDLY SO HELPFUL! ? WE ARE FROM THE EMBASSY AND THEY HELP US A LOT! THANK YOU!!”
“One of your employees, Jeanne, is such a kind, down to earth, and respectful woman! I hope you really appreciate her.
She's friendly and upbeat, and sympathetic-- not something I see often with USPS and probably one of the best USPS employees have come across in the last couple of years. She's very good at making people feel at ease -- as someone who was recently let go from the government, her kindness, patience and understanding was greatly appreciated.”
“had a fantastic experience at the post office thanks to Jose! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting me with mailing my package. He took the time to ensure I had the best shipping option for my needs and handled everything with a friendly attitude. His professionalism and excellent customer service made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Jose!”
“I came in 10 mins before they closed. Ms. Neena was so helpful and quick. In the span of the last 10 mins, 5-6 customers came in and she handled us all so efficiently and kindly.”

“The person working the desk was so cheerful and kind! This was no small feat, I am sure, since I visited near closing time on a Friday.I brought in a package to ship with duct tape on it, which she informed me was not allowed. I would have just left and come back another day, but she said someone else had left a roll of tape behind and I could use that. This is obviously not something that is always available, but I feel thankful that someone left tape behind and that she thought to offer it to me!”
“I missed a signature-required delivery while away, they (staff at this location; fifteen minutes before close, at that) were super cordial and apologetic that it was taken for delivery again after I’d requested to pick it up, and they were very forthcoming and transparent about when it would be delivered so that I could make it home in time to receive it. They even called the delivery driver to see if the package would be dropped off or taken back on that business day, “just so you know what to expect.” I couldn’t ask for better customer service.”
“Shawn or Sean took care of me late today to send food to my brother overseas in the military. He took time to walk me through the process and helped me multiple times making sure it was sent to the proper place. God bless him he even stayed open after five to make sure it was sent that same day.”
“I am a regular customer here and all of the employees are pleasant and very helpful when I need anything. Ms Jenny is #1 and it’s always a pleasure to see and do business with her! ?”
“Pleasant, efficient staff. Experienced with international mailing forms/requirements. Small shop, but we’ll-stocked. Long waits only on tax filing days & right before Xmas when people are mailing gifts.”

“A neighborhood post office. Very grateful that we have a post office nearby. The gentleman was very helpful and attentive. Some complaints about it being closed during business hours, you have to understand smaller post offices in less busy neighborhoods are usually run by one clerk and if emergency arises they have to close the location. I’ve seen this at some other locations so it’s not unusual.”
“I had an outstanding experience at the post office during my child’s passport application process. The staff member assisting me was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They guided me through every step, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured all the paperwork was completed correctly. Their kindness and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and dedication.”
“Might I suggest having a separate area for people to browse stamps vs. At the counter it holds the line up for someone to essentially continue shopping while there are others ready to check out.Additionally, having markers available to write with instead of just ball point pens. A lot of packing material does not allow for markings with ball point pens nor does tape. Feel like it would be common sense to have markers available but apparently not.”
“A very important letter that I was receiving was in the process of being sent back to the sender due to an address issue. I contacted this post office branch and they promptly intercepted the letter, corrected the address, and got it delivered to me the next day. Can't thank enough the hardworking staff at this location. ?”

“Had an exceptionally positive experience with Zaon "Z" Quarles. He was able to locate a missing package that I sent from my business and quickly had it delivered to the proper address. After dealing with so many people on the general customer service line who didnt seem to care in the slightest, I received a call from Z. He completely changed my perspective and made this negative situation into a positive opportunity. He seemed genuine and legitimately wanted to help.If more employees for the US postal service had a positive attitude like Z and were more thorough with customer inquiries, then people would trust USPS way more with their mail/packages.”
“Friendly helpful staff, normal wait times. If they’re out of stamps, just get some
At Safeway across the street. Only nuisance is entitled customers who come in and treat postal workers poorly. Read some of the 1 star reviews below for examples (or come in and witness these people—shameful to see adults act that way.)”
“A really pretty old building for a post office. Also this may sound stupid and obvious but I had to ship something to a buddy in Canada and apparently USPS is way cheaper for international shipping than UPS or FedEx. Use the post office folks, or you’ll be spending $75 to ship an old video game instead of $17.”
“I have been here four times; the front employees were always polite and prompt. But I noticed they closed the gate at 4:58pm yesterday and declined service after that.”
“I really like this office and their awesome postal service. The clerks are very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and super friendly.
Please keep up the great work.thanks”
