“I was in contact with several moving companies and decided on Nation Capital Movers due to them calling me back within a few minutes after the call. Peter was super helpful as I had a lot of questions about the move but he made it clear about what to expect and confirmed my date and time. The two gentleman showed up promptly at 8:30 and the started right away moving items into the truck, they were finished in no time and off to my new place. Once they arrived they were back at it unloading everything and placing it exactly where I wanted things to be. Super courteous, polite and hard working people. I’d recommend them to anyone making a move! A+++”

“I saw the sale for a 7x10 unit in McLean, VA. I went over to the office to get the key code and spoke to Mimi, the site manager. She was super helpful and even checked if maybe I needed a smaller unit instead. She wasn’t trying to push me to get a larger and more expensive unit. Her genuine kindness was awesome. When I reached my unit that is in the “older” building, it was well maintained. Elevators were in working condition and there are carts to help move your stuff to your unit! How awesome is that? I got a welcome card too which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this facility because it shows the company maintains the location quite well. I highly recommend storing your belongings here. And, CubeSmart, give Mimi a raise! She is a great ambassador for your McLean location.”

“I needed a storage space and they're 2 within blocks of each other. I called both and the Randolph Rd. office was so professional and knowledgeable, I had to go there. I made appt to view the place and after working with Donzaya, I figured it was the right fit for me. I am customer service driven and Donzaya delivered 100% for me. The next day I realized my space was too small and upgraded to a larger space. I thought it would be a problem, but Donzaya made the switch immediately. I am very happy with my decision in working with this location. Surprisingly when I showed up the 3rd day, she remembered my name. 5 stars for sure.”
