“I rented a storage unit here for the past year and a half. I recently returned the unit, but I would certainly rent here again if I ever have a need for storage space in the future.

First off, the customer service Josh provided was always helpful, friendly and professional. He was well-versed in everything I needed to know about my account and rental charge. He also certainly has experience supporting customers and I always immediately felt relieved when I would call and he would answer the phone.

Before signing my storage leasing agreement, Josh allowed me to tour the space and I immediately knew it wasn’t going to be big enough. He was able to show me other available units on the spot that were more spacious and I was able to secure the right size storage unit for my needs.

This business was always very prompt with communication, including automatic payment reminders and once when there was an odd smell they found in the building. (They were able to resolve the issue.)

This storage building is in a convenient location for me and I liked that it was climate controlled. It was also always easy for me to get a parking space right outside the loading dock. The business also sells storage unit locks that are very durable, and I even purchased some packing supplies there when preparing for my move. (They offer discounts on supplies to those with a storage unit.)

Elvis helped me close out my account and he was very kind. The process was super easy and straightforward and I feel like this business always goes above and beyond for its customers. Thank you, Security Public Storage!”
