“I went to this store for Black Friday with my son. I was immediately greeted and helped by this young lady she has curly hair very sweet I forget her name. She was beyond helpful and put together outfits for my son and even went above and beyond to help me find something for myself. I’ve been in the store before I believe she’s new but she knows exactly how to make the customer feel so welcomed and is knowledgeable. It’s a chaotic time during Black Friday but she made me feel like I was having such a personalized one on one experience while shopping! She is the perfect touch for the store and brings a new atmosphere to Grandeur. She was extremely caring and patient, I walked in thinking we were just looking around but after our interaction I left buying a lot of stuff that I know my son and myself love now. “I come up here a couple times a year or so and every single time Joe has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the product lines, but he knows what suits different body types. I have been to many DXL stores over the years and across the country and this one is by far the best by a long shot. The selection is second to none, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. “5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.My parents stopped by Ramer's while in DC. They were shopping for my 4 and 6 year old and purchased a few pair of shoes. They received excellent service. The shoes were stolen from a car place the same day. I needed a pair of shoes for my Kindergartener's graduation this Friday. My mom called the store and he took care of us and shipped the shoes to my home. It's Monday and they've already arrived. The shoes fit perfect and are so cute for this special occasion. Thank you Ramer's Shoes for being so kind to my parents and going out of your way to make our day. If we are in town again, we will definitely be stopping by.”

This store is top-notch in my book You will find some of the freshest fines and athletic gear available from under Armour in this store. The selection is great, the store is well stocked and the service is outstanding.
Stopped into this Under Armour Brand House location today in Tysons Corner.the first thing you will notice is how well stocked, organized and neat the store is. there was not one article are piece of clothing out of place are mismatched. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted when by a sales associate who was eager to help me find what I needed and answer all my questions I the uniqueness of their customer service approach, and the fact that the layout is so well organized, made my customer experience outstanding.
While there, I had the opportunity to try on some shoes and the sales associate was proactive bringing me several sizes and styles given the particular shoe size I needed. This enabled me to try on the shoe based on my foot, purpose/use and liking. Not to mention, there was a pair where my size was out of stock. This was no problem for the store. I was able to order the shoe product while in the store and have it shipped to my home.... At no extra cost and a two day delivery at that!
In all, I left there a happy camper and with more items that I initially were seeking to buy ....go figure. lol. The shoes I bought and a few clothing items were perfect for my upcoming vacation and hiking excursion. Everything you need for any and most sport activity can be found here, under one roof. I highly recommend this location and most definitely will return based on my customer experience and the service provided alone.
