“All of my shoes are from Johnston Murphy - genuinely. From the gym, to the airport, to the conference room, I love almost every type of shoe they have. The “business-sporty” look and utility make them comfortable and interchangeable. I flew out to Co Springs for work recently and just went from presenting to hiking garden of the gods without having to change shoes at all. Meaning I can travel with just one pair of shoes and be set for any occasion.
This location in Bethesda mall has always been good to me too. Johnston Murphy is different. They understand proper service for shoes/style of this caliber. It’s not just a place with nice shoes and bad service from reps who don’t care to be there. Everyone at this location appreciates the customer, their taste, and providing service that matches the smoothness of Johnston Murphy. Special shout out to Ryan who has sold my last 3-4 pairs to me in the past year.”

“I have been going to Montgomery Mall for over 20 years and this was a completely different experience than I have ever had at Foot Locker before. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They asked for my name and addressed me by my first name, which made the experience feel personal and genuine.
The store is newly renovated and very spacious, but the real highlight was the customer service. It honestly felt like the Chick fil A of Foot Locker. I even joked with the manager, Liam, asking what kind of training they had because the service was that impressive.
Liam was professional, polished, and clearly leading his team well. If every Foot Locker had this kind of atmosphere and service, it would make a huge difference. Other locations should take notes.
Great job to the entire team. I will definitely be back.”

“I love this location as well as the Tysons Corner location. I know both managers and most of the store employees. They keep me informed of all the new lines and styles coming in and treat me like royalty when shopping. Michelle is a great manager and super knowledgeable. Irma is my go to stylist and the store is always clean, neat and properly staffed. I must admit I do spend a lot here because it’s my favorite clothing line. If you love Lily P as much as I do, you will love this store. Everyone sales person is friendly and on top of their game. If in Tysons corner, say hello to Julia and their team too.”

Absolutely incredible sneaker (Bellagio). It is like a GIANT hug for your feet. As an added bonus, the sneakers reduce my back pain. The sneaker is a true work of art / fashion statement. As a prior Louboutin purchaser, I can confidently say that I am no longer a Louboutin client but rather a VINCI client. This up and coming shoe / clothing brand is going, if not already, to become the landmark fashion house for the folks who like to go a little beyond.
