“Stopped by Anthropologie just to browse and somehow ended up spending way too much time there. Store is setup really nice and they always have unique home decor and furniture pieces you don’t really see everywhere else. Prices can be a little crazy sometimes, but honestly the quality and style is usually worth it. Staff was friendly and not pushy which I appreciated.”

On several different occasions Saeed was the one who worked on register at my time of check out and he was ever so patient and understanding while I tallied up what I could and could not buy. Everyone is great, and a huge reason I keep coming back, because ever with great prices an atmosphere that's not welcoming would definitely turn me away, but I truly feel safe and comfortable why shopping there.”

“I have been going to Montgomery Mall for over 20 years and this was a completely different experience than I have ever had at Foot Locker before. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They asked for my name and addressed me by my first name, which made the experience feel personal and genuine.
The store is newly renovated and very spacious, but the real highlight was the customer service. It honestly felt like the Chick fil A of Foot Locker. I even joked with the manager, Liam, asking what kind of training they had because the service was that impressive.
Liam was professional, polished, and clearly leading his team well. If every Foot Locker had this kind of atmosphere and service, it would make a huge difference. Other locations should take notes.
Great job to the entire team. I will definitely be back.”
“I love this location as well as the Tysons Corner location. I know both managers and most of the store employees. They keep me informed of all the new lines and styles coming in and treat me like royalty when shopping. Michelle is a great manager and super knowledgeable. Irma is my go to stylist and the store is always clean, neat and properly staffed. I must admit I do spend a lot here because it’s my favorite clothing line. If you love Lily P as much as I do, you will love this store. Everyone sales person is friendly and on top of their game. If in Tysons corner, say hello to Julia and their team too.”
“I recently got my pants tailored at Madewell at the Montgomery Mall and I just received my pants today. Satisfied is an understatement!!!
1. Thanks to Elisa at Madewell, my pants are the perfect length. She was so patient with me while we made a few adjustments to get it right. I really appreciated that she made me feel comfortable during the process.
2. I requested a shipment from the store yesterday and received my pants today. Super fast shipping!

“I placed my order on Friday The shoes were shipped to the store on Monday very fast shipping.I went to the store today to pick up the shoes and was greeted by Jaysion hope the spelling is right.I told him I was there for shoes I had ordered online.He led me to the cashier.I was greeted by Carmille with how can I help you with very nice smile. Camille looked my order up went to the back and brought the shoes to the counter. Absolutely incredible sneaker (Bellagio). It is like a GIANT hug for your feet. As an added bonus, the sneakers reduce my back pain. The sneaker is a true work of art / fashion statement. As a prior Louboutin purchaser, I can confidently say that I am no longer a Louboutin client but rather a VINCI client. This up and coming shoe / clothing brand is going, if not already, to become the landmark fashion house for the folks who like to go a little beyond.
