They are so knowledgeable about cats from the small things like toe nail trims to helping a sick kitty. Here, they take time to build a meaningful relationship which makes every visit feel more personal rather than transactional. They get to know YOU and are committed to making each cat (and their person) feel like family. I think that this speaks volumes about Dr R and the wonderful staff here.

It’s been a few weeks and Hammy continues responding really well to what Scott taught him. I fully recommend his services.

I've had many cats, up to 10 at a time and there needs to be more boxes as well as covered boxes. A schedule to clean them daily. I realize it's all volunteer but as a person who has volunteered in other places, I don't mind doing it.
