They get to know YOU and are committed to making each cat (and their person) feel like family. I think that this speaks volumes about Dr R and the wonderful staff here.

Recently, we had to make one of the hardest decisions any pet owner can face—saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Chopper, after 15 wonderful years. Our regular veterinary hospital couldn't see us for four days, but Queenstown Veterinary Hospital made room for us the very same day.
Even though we had never been there before, they treated Chopper—and us—with such kindness, compassion, and respect. They never rushed us through the process. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and made an incredibly difficult day just a little more bearable.
Their genuine care and empathy meant more to us than words can express. Because of the way they cared for our family during one of our most difficult moments, we have decided to make Queenstown Veterinary Hospital our primary veterinarian for our other dog going forward.
Thank you to everyone at Queenstown Veterinary Hospital for treating Chopper with such dignity and for showing our family so much compassion. We will never forget your kindness. ❤🐾

301 Happy Camper Lane, QueenstownMy dog LOVES this boarding facility. He has done mainly boarding but one stint of daycare. He is a very anxious and fearful of people and he was obsessed after one visit which isn’t always the case. The country feel and playtime with other dogs is definitely a must for him:
The staff are all lovely and really treat your dogs like their own. They are reasonably priced and I would drive 2+ hours from Philadelphia just to use this boarder.
Book as early as you can because they can fill up fast.

819 Bennett Point Rd, QueenstownScott did a fantastic job training our dog Hammy. He sent my gf and I detailed videos on Hammy’s progress, along with great notes and instructions on how we can work with Hammy at home. Scott also addressed all of our questions (especially those on e-collars).
It’s been a few weeks and Hammy continues responding really well to what Scott taught him. I fully recommend his services.

I've had many cats, up to 10 at a time and there needs to be more boxes as well as covered boxes. A schedule to clean them daily. I realize it's all volunteer but as a person who has volunteered in other places, I don't mind doing it.
