All For The Pet
551-A Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Severna ParkThis store has unique, nutritional foods, great variety of products, and helpful staff. My first time visiting, I needed recommendations for a high protein cat food for my muscle packed savanna cat, and food to help with bladder cancer for my bosses dog. The staff member gave me good advice and pointed me directly to what foods are good and what to stay away from for my bosses’ dog. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and so is the owner, Mark! He has great advice for foods as well. My hungry Savannah used to constantly eat throughout the day, so Mark suggested freeze dried cat food. It’s healthy and keeps them full longer. My cat loves it. The store is also very organized, clean, and roomy. They have neat pet toys as well, which I will attach a photo of my happy cat posing with a toy from there.

Pet Care
Severna Park Veterinary Hospital
4 Evergreen Rd, Severna ParkThe Veterinarian was very caring and understanding our cat's needs. As a senior, a blood test was needed to determine whether or not he could undergo anesthesia. If not, the Vet explained that other solutions to fixing the issues were possible. Love her positive attitude and concern for the cat.

Severn River Animal Hospital
590 Benfield Rd, Severna ParkMy Khaos had been very sick for awhile, I was dreading having to put him down and thought he would've gotten better... he did not. I caved and made an appointment with Severn River Animal Hospital. I wanted honesty, not a place that would make empty promises and take my money. After a brief exam, I was given 2 options; euthanasia or try somethings that didn't guarantee him living for a long period of time. I said i just want him to be at peace and not sick anymore. I thank them for their honesty and allowing me to spend time with my boy before and after the process. This was a first for me. I had him cremated and received his remains by the end of the week. Checked my mailbox and the entire team sent me a card. I'm grateful I found this place and will be using them for my other doggos.

Bayside Animal Medical Center
848 Ritchie Hwy, Severna ParkDr. Sims is the most thorough Vet my husband and I have encountered in our 44 yrs of marriage. We have had 4 dogs, and at least 5-6 different Vets during the past four decades. Dr. Sims style and approach in understanding all the possibilities of what is occurring and what may be unfolding "down the road" with our 3.5 yr Goldendoodle is second to none. It is as if she has a set of binoculars around her neck. She has coached us through his IBD. We now have "toppings" that she recommended to add to his prescription food. That has brought incredible peace of mind to us, since our Doodle is a VERY PICKY eater and often would go on a food strike. Sadly, he was recently diagnosed with a mast cell cancerous tumor. She referred us to two different oncologists. Fortunately, it is a low grade and Dr. Sims is by our side helping us on this journey. Trust Dr. Sims. In our opinion, you will not be disappointed.

Severna Park Veterinary Hospital, Jessica M. Heard
4 Evergreen Rd, Severna ParkI can't say enough good things about my experience with Severna Park Veterinary Hospital. I called them for the first time after being told by ten (yes, ten) other vets/ER vets including our normal vet of 7 years, that they wouldnt be able to see our pup who hadn't eaten in nearly 3 days and was having other very concerning symptoms. I left a voicemail with my name, information and had little hope that I'd receive a call back at all. Lo and behold, less than an hour later the office called me back and encouraged me to come in, they'd squeeze me in between appointments. I was so grateful that my pupper would be seen! We hurried over and he was taken back, assessed and the vet (Dr. Schmidt) came out to explain his initial thoughts, treatment plan and anticipated costs before proceeding. I was prepared to simply be handed a bill after the visit, so I thought the fact that he provided a detailed estimate was really fantastic. I agreed to all (and was fully expecting to be asked to pay much more than the quote). The front desk staff (Diana, sp?), the vet techs, everyone was as kind and helpful as can be to us. I wish I remembered everyone's name for appropriate kudos. What started as a stressful and scary day ultimately turned into such a wonderful reminder that there are still people, and businesses, who truly will go out of their way for a stranger (or strange dog, ha!). Our pup is feeling MUCH better now all thanks to the team at Severna Park Veterinary Hospital. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Healing Paws Veterinary Wellness Center
688 Ritchie Hwy, Severna ParkThe best vet I have found in a while. They are very knowledgeable and truly seem to care about the animals instead of just churning through customers as fast as possible.

Pura Vida Bowls & Java
569 Benfield Rd, Severna ParkPerfect, quick meal and iced coffee for me while I was in the area. The iced coffee and açaí bowl (Costa) were both delicious and the gal running the trunk was nice. I would definitely frequent often if I lived in the area.

Brian Boru Restaurant and Pub
489 Ritchie Hwy, Severna ParkThe live music was great, the service was great, the vegetarian boxty....left something to be desired. It was alright, but it was on the dry and bland side.

Garten
849 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Severna ParkReally nice selection of vegetarian and gluten free dishes. Many places are now offering a gluten free bun, but this is the first time I have seen gluten free pretzels offered. We tried the pickles and they were very good but occasionally a piece tasted heavily of anise spice which is a shocking surprise when you eat a pickle. It seems our lunch order was overlooked in the kitchen because 3 tables that sat after us were all enjoying their meals and ours still had not come out yet. We had both ordered sandwiches. It was about 25 minutes to get our food. In fact, the table sat after us had already paid and left when our food came. When it came out, it was delicious. It would have been nice if the server acknowledged, and apologized for the wait. We know these things happen. So it's still a five star review, because of the super cute patio, cozy with the heaters, and good food.
