“I can't say enough great things about the experience I had in this store today. I worked with Lem. We spent almost 4 hours together. He patiently signed me up for a new phone for my daughter, transferred service from my phone from AT&T, helped set up my new phone and navigated over 2 Apple Watches for my kids. Tech is not my thing, it is my fatal flaw, but Lem was so patient and kind and never made me feel stupid, the way so many young people in these stores often do. He explained everything to me so respectfully. I have been taken advantage of by an AT&T salesperson in the past, and I never once felt that Lem was trying to get one over on me. He is a treasure of an employee. He is the perfect combo of kind, knowledgable and patient. He is a fine young man and I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the employees I've come in contact with on a previous fact-finding visit were so nice. I don't know why I didn't switch from AT&T to T-Mobile long ago. 5 stars!”

Tmobile is changing and sometimes we as customers have to adapt to the new rules, I really didn’t like taking a selfie but I got a great deal on an iPad and a watch and a phone !!! Definitely will be coming back!! And Tmobile customer service on the phone is trash, because they don’t barely speak English, but come in store instead, will definitely be back!”

“Visited 8/19/2026. Picked up a new Modem. Was greeted by Mr. Adonis as soon as I walked in. He took my name, looked up my account and told me have a seat all in under one minute!!! Great customer service. And as I walked to have a seat was called over by next associate Mr. Terry. He ask for my information, went immediately to get the new modem and I was on my way back out all in under 5 minutes!!! I don't know if it was my lucky day but I left in amazement! “Go see Jason! Go see Jason! Went in to get my new middle schooler a phone upgrade with LTE pixel watch. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon, I didn't have everything I needed, when I came back Wednesday he had EVERYTHING we talked about prepped and ready for when I said I would be back. After the care and time he spent with me we upgraded 2 phone lines two pixel 11s with new pixel 5 watches for wife and I, we added 2 LTE watches (daughter and M-Inlaw). Was expecting a 4 digit bill, ended up spending with less then dinner for 4 at decent restaurant.
I've used this store multiple times. Walk in with a clue about what you want and they will get you taken care of!
