The staples employees aren’t allowed to take an Amazon customer if there are staples customers in line, and there’s only one cashier. Prepare to wait if there’s a line. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait, it’s just weird that there are multiple employees working at once untasked and only one cashier for both cashier and Amazon returns.”

“I hired Craters & Freighters of Baltimore to pick up a 9.8 ft, 500+ pound piece of office equipment from a print shop in Baltimore that had no loading dock or lift gate, custom-palletize it, and ship it to Texas, and they did a phenomenal job!
Nikki, their Customer Service Associate made the onboarding process very easy, even though I had no prior experience with freight shipping and wouldn't be at the pickup location. They coordinated pickup times with the pickup location, and the pickup team was on time and got the job done picking up a large, heavy, unweildy, yet breakable piece of equipment.
The crew that palletized the equipment blew my mind with how solid of a job they did with the custom pallet. It was made from oversized, heavy, quality lumber, additional wooden blocks screwed in to lock the machine in place and keep it from moving during transit. Strategic use of some tough synthetic padding, additional boards, ratcheting straps and large steel eye screws cinched the machine to the pallet. They did a heck of a job tightly wrapping it all up with plastic. It was not going anywhere! A couple of medium-sized cardboard boxes of accessories for the equipment were also securely strapped in.
The equipment left their facility very quickly and arrived in Texas for delivery even sooner than I expected. Their drivers and transfer stations didn't waste any time. The delivery driver came with his own electric pallet jack, and was very helpful at getting the machine into the building and out of the way where we could unpack it.
To sum it up, Craters & Freighters of Baltimore did an awesome job. Thanks!”

“The Package Place is close to my house. They can take care of any package and shipping needs that I have. Packages are picked up for mailing daily from their business. There is no need to go to the Post Office and wait in long lines for service.”

It’s the first business on the right but go down to the end of the street to the round about and come back and turn left into the second entrance and go into the door that says employee entrance only. Slide tandems back and you can go on the green light. They tape your bol on the inside of your trailer.”
“I came here to ship an important document to my aunt in Florida, during my time in the facility I noticed the staff were very friendly and communicated with each other respectfully and in a positive manner. I believe the young woman helping me was named Earika (please forgive me if I misspelled your name). She was very polite as the computers kept crashing on her but she kept her cool. The manager was also respectful when giving instructions to the employees, honestly they seem to have a great team that works well together!”
“I've come here a few times to get things printed for special occasions. They are always quick with getting the order ready for me, call me to tell me when it's ready, and things are always accurate. The last time I came in, there was some mix up between how I ordered something and what instructions came to the team. Luis, the team member helping me, went the extra mile to immediately fix it. He checked with me at multiple stages to make sure each item was on the type of paper I wanted and at the size and quantity that I'd intended. “Hello im a new comer to stores like this ,I dont know how to navigate thu the system all i needed was to email my copies to have them printed out i asked for help a young lady came over i explained to her im not familiar with this can she please assist me she look at me showed me the email and walked away i put that in she had no one else to wait on but me, their was another assistant in the front but she had a customer i waved at the young lady again she came over i said to her I never worked this machine before first time in here can you please help me she then push a button on the screen and said you need a credit card and it will come out here what's your number thats they sent you, I didnt know she didnt tell me when emailing they will give you a number so then she said wait for your number then put it in and walked away again 2 people came in the store i waited on a number to come thu I put it in but it was the wrong screen so now im getting frustrated cause she walk away twice and im still lost i went over got in line behind the 2 customer the second assistant excused herself and called me back to the place where I was i explained to her this my first time im a little lost on the next step she walked me thu everything show me step by step what to do (her name was TY)but the other young lady I didn't get her name she didnt stand there long enough for me to read her name badge I was so appreciative I thanked her and the customer she was waiting on ,he also said he was so please with the assistant he was receiving this young lady was patient, caring and understanding yall need more people like her ,and less like the other young lady I was going to give them one star ? TY saved the day thank you”
