“Went in to use the bathroom today and an employee was waiting in line for the bathroom , so of course I said hey go ahead first she's at work and I know personally how it is to use a bathroom on clock. She was very very kind had such a bright personality great attitude.! She thanked me and proceeded to the bathroom. I went next and came out and she was behind the counter already and went out of her way to hand me paper towels to dry my hands. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. she went above and beyond her job ! Will definitely come back to this store just to see her !”

“I’m not sure what the young girl with the glasses name is but she can make a sandwich! I am in royal farms every day and every time she makes my sub it’s amazing. The others that work in the deli aren’t awful but they’re not her! 5 stars to the short and petite brunette with glasses.”

“Ordered from the delivery today 9/4/23. Went a picked up order. Paid 67 dollars for said food. Came home and was given the wrong order. I immediately called the deli manager hung up on me. I drove the wrong part of the order back. Which I was told I gave them the wrong order number. I gave her the food and at that time was told she was not preparing the correct food for us and we would have to deal with Mike the owner so no dinner for have of our family.9/5/23 Updated review.This morning I went into Craigtown Market to speak with Mike the owner to resolve the issue from last night. Mike was respectful and we were able to talk to each other with respect. I was given a refund for the items I didn't receive and left feeling grateful that the manager and I were able to speak to each other and resolve the issue and still having me want to do business with the store still. I recommen if you have an issue speak with Mike the owner and he will make things right. We are all just human and mistakes are made but this business will make it right when something does go wrong.”

“Patrick was very patient and kind helping us set up the ROFO rewards card. He even help me with setting up temporary data from his phone. He is an asset to your store. Not many employees are patient and kind in these tough times where people are cruel and mean. He was very helpful and did not loose his cool while helping us and other customers.I do not live near here. But wish we had more people like him in the world. One thing I didn't like was there is no free wifi in you'r store 87 off route 1 in Conowingo Maryland.I could have gotten this done quicker if there had been free wifi in your store. : (...Especially since my data ran out and Patrick linked me up to his personal phone to complete the process. I saw some pretty interestingly bad reviews here, but on a good day they are inaccurate.
Overall happy with the location. Any flying J is better than NO FLYING J. PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE GRATEFUL.
Had the pleasure of talking with two gentlemen today Josh & Joe (Night shift) not just any location with 5 or 6 showers. 15 showers here. 15! Imagine cleaning 15 showers an hour. Nope. That’s why you chose trucking. Be more grateful people.”

There is Mr. Charles.. always ready with a "Good Morning!" Sonny..who always manages to somehow give you the winning Bingo scratcher. Mark...the one who always starts our day by the unique way he has of saying " Haaave a good one!" And last, but not least, Ms. Sharon, whom we don't see often, but manages to keep the best Seven-Eleven staff I've ever seen!
