“Although it seems busy with a lot of cars, the longest wait time for me was 15 minutes. I used the time to check my emails, and or check fb. The best time to go is early morning, hardly any cars then. Each island has 2 pumps accessed from either side, so a total of 4. There are either 4 or 5 islands, sorry I don't remember the exact number. There is an attendant stationed there in case you have any problems.”

He identified a few things that could become problems later and gave his honest opinion about when they would need fixed. “I was in Baltimore for a medical appointment. After my appointment I was headed home to Richmond VA. The water pump in my car overheated and I had to pull over immediately. Thankfully I was near Central Service. Jeff was amazing! He diagnosed the problem and helped me find a hotel to spend the night. He had my car ready before 8:30am the next morning. “Always busy, so try to pick the best time to stop for gas! It’s close to a highway exit, so you’ll often see big trucks filling up. Some pumps are occasionally out of order, but the line usually moves pretty fast. The app is user-friendly and makes the whole process easier.”

“Update: I got a hold of someone from the station and she was able to help me out. The "boost" is for a carwash. Apparently the system was messed up and the choices weren't obvious when displayed on the screen. The options were listed instead of being separated for each button. She apologized about the mess up and is having their system looked at. I did get a refund since I don't live in the area or have the time to get a car wash today.

Just got gas here this morning and noticed that my receipt got charged $13 extra for "boost?" What is this "boost"? When the screen popped up, giving me options I pressed on the bottom that I thought was for no and proceeded to put gas in my car. The screen wasn't very clear as to which button to press. I need to know what this boost means because now I got charged for more than what I wanted to put in. I also called, rang many times, and there was no answer.”

“I've been taking my car here for routine maintenance for a couple years now. The mechanics who work here are kind, responsive and take time to explain everything. I've found them to be very fair in pricing and cheaper than a lot of other auto shops in the area. Today I was having an issue with my car door and they were able to see me same day and fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend”

“Quick and easy fill up here from northbound Ritchie Hwy. The prices are good and usually close to the other stations. It's a huge parking lot, which is not environmentally friendly but it's typical.I believe they only had two grades or has plus the diesel when we was there last time.Be careful exiting onto the road if you're going north, there can be some fast moving vehicles coming up on you quickly.”
