βThis is one of the better Royal Farms in the area. Might be because it is fairly new, but it is pretty clean. I've had some food from here before and it was fine for gas station food. Never had any issues or problems at this Royal Farms. Pumps always work, the payment mechanisms at the pump are always working. The ATMs always work, the Lottery machine always works.β

βI stopped by Royal Farms this morning (4/22), and I have to say the cashier working the morning shift was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, he greeted everyone with a smile and positive energy. Within just a few minutes, I watched him help at least 10 customers, and every single one of them left smiling.
You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does—he was kind, upbeat, and even made an effort to cheer people up before their workday. That kind of attitude is rare and makes a big difference.
On top of that, the store was clean, organized, and running smoothly. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I’ll definitely be returning. 10/10 experience!β
βI came to the Royal farms on Ritchie highway 6901 looking for a deal on cigarettes. I met a cashier by the name of Carrie who by maximizing her resources was able to supply my needs. Carrie gave me the greatest customer service experience I've ever experienced in any Royal farms and I am a die-hard rofo customer. I would recommend all customers visiting this location to deal with Carrie they will receive the ultimate customer service experience.β
βJust great. MD State inspection customer here. Had it done this morning. I'm incredibly pleased with the smoothness of the process. Dudes there were kind. The waiting area is very cosy. I let them know any repairs required I would be having fixed by the family mechanic, no fuss from them there. I've had cars inspected elsewhere and this place takes top place in service all around. I highly recommend.β
βI went there with my dad to get his car fixed and the staff was beyond helpful when it comes to customer service. And I loved the snacks while we were waiting for the car to be fixed even though it did not take too long.β

βDropped my wallet without realizing it and a wonderful man behind me picked it up and hurried out of the store to catch me before I left. Not many people who would have that kind of integrity and have honesty be their very first reaction in that situation. I wish I had gotten his name but he hurried off before I got the chance. βMy salad was delicious minus the squishy cucumbers that I had to remove. Unfortunately squishy cucumbers are common at many Wawa locations. But it was delicious nonetheless. My coffee was great too. Employees are always friendly, helpful and quick.β

βReally like this gas station itβs right in my neighborhood and itβs always on the app Upside so Iβm always getting more bang for my buck on gas β½οΈ. Family owned and operated, they also have a car repair shop just right up the road that does great work. But so far this is a nice family owned gas station that has great gas prices and during the day even lets you use their air pump for free. What more can you ask for! Nice people, great gas prices, amazing hospitality and much more.β

βGreat store good prices employees were very helpful but had a hard time finding any employees to get help. But after I ask the Meat Dept. for assistance locating a item I was unable to locate in thier department I was beyond impressed by the level of attention and service provided by them. First they walked me over to see where the product should of been, then after not having them out they went back looking for them and still not having them they returned and apologized and offered to call me when it came in(which I didn't dobut it was nice of them) The prices on most of their meats were buy one get one free and that's on top of low prices. If you have not went I would strongly recommend that you do!β
