“Here’s a polished version:

Great store. The fruit is always fresh and somehow tastes sweeter and better than at other places.

I especially like the juice, meat and sausage selection, and dairy products here. I’m also a big fan of their organic pomegranate juice, it tastes fresh and very natural, with no added sugar.

I recently discovered that the market also has a kebab house where they cook food fresh on the spot. The food is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Highly recommended!”

“Aldi feels the most comfortable and inclusive for me. The staff are straightforward and respectful, and fellow customers just shop without judgment — it’s a simple, calm environment where everyone feels like they belong.

Trader Joe’s is generally friendly and positive, but I’ve occasionally noticed subtle micro‑exclusion or distancing expressions from a few staff or customers. Nothing major, just small moments that make the atmosphere feel a bit less neutral.

Wegmans has been the least comfortable in my experience, with both staff interactions and customer behavior sometimes feeling less welcoming.

Overall, Aldi gives me the most inclusive and easy shopping experience, while Trader Joe’s is good with occasional social discomfort, and Wegmans has room to improve.”

“I highly recommend Hoover-Fisher Florist. After trying various options in the Kensington area, from grocery stores to other florists, Hoover-Fisher remains my top choice. Their flowers are always beautifully arranged and have impressive longevity. Additionally, their prices are quite competitive compared to others in the area.”

“I love Aldi! The store is wide and clean, the prices are cheaper than any store, the quality of products are good. Ever since I went to Aldi, I stopped going to Giant.”

“I have been coming to this store ever since it opened back in 2016. It's always a pleasure to shop here. Their pricing is very good on just about everything I need and way better than the other grocery stores around here. Having an Aldi's nearby is a good deal. The food quality is very good too! “The line is always too long & there is always only 1 cash register open. I would come here more if I didn't have to wait in line forever. And how about posting accurate hours online so your customers don't make a trip for nothing?”

“The self-checkouts have been removed at this location. As Aldi has always had a fast checkout process compared to other stores, this is a good thing. Thank you for removing the self (5-finger discount) checkouts that raise prices for everyone else.”

“This place has been around forever. I love to look and see what's out when I drive by. I like that there is a place like this still with all the building over the years.”

“I love ALDIs, however most of the times at the Md stores they have only one cashier.. In Va they have self service machines. Why not in Md? It will expedite the time to be in the stores”

“Place is a lot cleaner than the other local asian grocery stores. I was a little bit disappointed that they didnt have more of the special seasonings that I was looking for so I have to go to Great Wall or order it from Weeee!”

“Aldi stands out as one of the best options for combining affordability and quality. However, at the Germantown location, I’ve noticed concerns with customer service—some cashiers display unprofessional behavior, including speaking harshly or raising their voices at customers.”

“Really nice ALDI. Always clean and well stocked with friendly staff. My one issue with this shop is the lack of self checkouts and management then not scheduling enough people to do checkout. At busy times (afternoons and weekends) it’s not uncommon to only have 2 checkouts open with lines going 10-15 deep for each. Very painful when you’re just running in for a few quick items. Otherwise it’s a great shop”
