“I have come to this store a few times. The store is always clean and well organized. Today I witnessed mean customers and Amazing customer service. I was in line and the cashier mentioned my lane is closed. As he mentioned it another gentleman joined the line. Nelson the cashier respectfully said “Sir, Im now closed, please go to the next register” The customer said no. I got here and now you said you are vlosed. Clearly it was incorrect the you g cashier respectfully said Im sorry, I am closed. The customer proceeded to be rude and started to raised his voice. The cashier named Nelson maintained professional and kind . Nelson should get team member of the month. The customer asked for his name and told him, I will report you. The customer behind me said to him. You responded and maintained your professionalism. Nelson, you are professional and more stores need people like you.”
