“Such a cool store! My son and I love to explore new shops to try diff cultural dishes, treats and spices. This market was really awesome and had so many items to choose from. The store worker was so nice and showed us where they had baklava on the shelf and in the freezer. We ended up buying several new things to try! “Here’s a polished version: Great store. The fruit is always fresh and somehow tastes sweeter and better than at other places. I especially like the juice, meat and sausage selection, and dairy products here. I’m also a big fan of their organic pomegranate juice, it tastes fresh and very natural, with no added sugar. I recently discovered that the market also has a kebab house where they cook food fresh on the spot. The food is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommended!”

“I had an excellent customer service experience with Terron. After waiting in a long line, he greeted me with a smile and was overall very pleasant. Because of this, I felt comfortable enough to ask him about an item which was not stocked on the shelf and which was the primary reason for my visit. He told me he knows it is in stock and if I would like for him to grab it for me. Needless to say, I was taken aback by this above and beyond offer and quickly agreed only if it would not create trouble for him. He finished ringing up my items, disappeared for all of 30 seconds and was back with options of the requested item for me to choose from. The customer behind me wanted the item, too, and was happy to get one as well. Hire more people like Terron. He is exemplary!”

The staff are straightforward and respectful, and fellow customers just shop without judgment — it’s a simple, calm environment where everyone feels like they belong. Trader Joe’s is generally friendly and positive, but I’ve occasionally noticed subtle micro‑exclusion or distancing expressions from a few staff or customers. Nothing major, just small moments that make the atmosphere feel a bit less neutral. Wegmans has been the least comfortable in my experience, with both staff interactions and customer behavior sometimes feeling less welcoming. Overall, Aldi gives me the most inclusive and easy shopping experience, while Trader Joe’s is good with occasional social discomfort, and Wegmans has room to improve.”

They are stuck together, very hard to separate. I end up looking sadly at people coming out who will trade their cart for a quarter.”

“Really nice ALDI. Always clean and well stocked with friendly staff. My one issue with this shop is the lack of self checkouts and management then not scheduling enough people to do checkout. At busy times (afternoons and weekends) it’s not uncommon to only have 2 checkouts open with lines going 10-15 deep for each. Very painful when you’re just running in for a few quick items. Otherwise it’s a great shop”
