“Other reviews said that you were not allowed to pick up a prescription without a membership, but that was not my experience. I told the door attendant that I was there to pick up a prescription and I was let in with no issue.
The pharmacy only takes visa. I had thought that I could use MasterCard, but it turns out that they only take MasterCard debit cards. I had a discover debit card and they couldn't take that.”

“This is one of the best stores around. You can always find great deals after becoming a member. You can also use their pharmacy, which has the lowest prices for prescription drugs in the area. In addition, Costco is always adding new products in their store. Moreover, you can also buy online at costco.com. “I had a mix-up with my tire installation. My tires were delivered to the Costco Tire Center in Gaithersburg, but I accidentally scheduled the installation at a different location.
When I asked the Gaithersburg team if they could squeeze me in, the response felt pretty cold. So I called the Costco Tire Center in Wheaton, and the experience was completely different.
The team there was understanding, helpful, and professional. They told me to come over and said they would try to have the car ready within two hours. They did exactly that.
Really appreciate the Wheaton team for turning a frustrating situation into a great customer service experience”
