“I had a mix-up with my tire installation. My tires were delivered to the Costco Tire Center in Gaithersburg, but I accidentally scheduled the installation at a different location.
When I asked the Gaithersburg team if they could squeeze me in, the response felt pretty cold. So I called the Costco Tire Center in Wheaton, and the experience was completely different.
The team there was understanding, helpful, and professional. They told me to come over and said they would try to have the car ready within two hours. They did exactly that.
