“It sometimes takes a bit of research to get the best service.I needed a car so I connected the branch at 619 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204.The service was terrible. The guy "who was in charge" acted like a jerk and I was not served.I did a search for branches near where my car was being fixed on Harford Road and all my needs were addressed in a professional manner and even gave me a lift to pick up my car.I had to seek them out but mission accomplished, thanks for your stellar service.”

The first time was a last minute rental and I got a call the next morning to confirm my reservation and when I went to pick it up, it was ready to go. “I rent from here pretty often and don’t have many complaints. They are friendly but some of the reviews are right. You don’t get the car you book which didn’t really bother me to much because they would upgrade. They will pick you up and drop you off if requested which is super convenient. The only complaint I really have is that they don’t have enough cars I booked twice this week..well tried to at least and was told they could t fill my reservation. It was super disappointing because I have made plans and had to reschedule twice and then cancel completely. Normally when I book I have no issues booking but other than that great service.”

“I frequently use Sterling Car Rental whenever getting any maintenance done to my car that requires it to be dropped off all day. They come right up to the dealership to pick me up and then drop me off back at the dealership after the work has been completed on my car. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Clarissa (I think that's here name) and Phyllis and both were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get on my way fairly quickly during pick up and drop off. Additionally, the cars I've rented have always been clean and in good condition. The one time I had to self-pay, the price was extremely reasonable. The only thing I'd change is that there is someone in the office who wears way too much cologne or perfume and that scent is very disruptive and caused me a headache. Other than that, I've had a great experience during each of my visits to this location to rent a car.”
