After getting to the Cricket store to replace it, I also realized that I had left my photo identification in my travel bag. Luzi worked with me to find alternative methods of identification rather than send me away without my phone working. She established my identity and installed and tested the new SIM before returning my phone to me. So delightful to meet an employee so sensitive to my needs and so willing to take extra steps to help me. Good job, Luzi!!”
“I love mobile lizard! I am very clumsy and have cracked my phone screen twice (even with a screen protector). They have great pricing (available on website, much cheaper than at Apple Store) and you can generally walk in. I would call just to check that they have your part in stock but I would have had to wait two days for an Apple Store appt and I was in within the hour here!”

“I walked into the store 5 minutes before closing time expecting to hear we are closing you will have to come back tomorrow. However, that was not the greeting I received. I was greeted by Nate who asked how can I help you this evening. I informed Nate I was in need of a new phone, that my current phone was old and in need of replacement. Nate discussed different phone options that would best meet my needs. I picked out a phone that suited my needs then Nate assisted with transferring my information to the new phone. When all was completed, I walked out of the store with a new phone 20 minutes after closing time. I thanked Nate for his assistance and for staying open longer to assist me with getting a new phone. Nate thanked me for coming in and said it was his pleasure to help me with my new phone. He then gave me his number to contact him if I had any further questions. I was provided with great customer service, which is hard to come by these days so for that I give Nate and the AT&T store a five star rating for my experience.”
“I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”

“Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”

But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...

“I am a new customer with Verizon, and I purchased my phone and new service from this store a little over a month ago. Today, I was ready to cancel my service because I had been having some tech problems, and I could not figure out if it was my phone or the service, so I came back to the store for guidance. The representative that sold me the phone and signed me up for Verizon service, did not seem to care about helping me at all. He didn't even ask another Rep to help me. Just shrugged his shoulders.
I asked another Verizon Rep - Austin, at the store to assist me, Austin was great! He listened to me, he was patient, and he explained what the issue could be. Ultimately, he solved my problem. I honestly was a 5 minute drive from going back to T-Mobile, but thanks to Austin, and his willingness to take time to help me, my phone issue is resolved and I am still with Verizon.”
