“I love mobile lizard! I am very clumsy and have cracked my phone screen twice (even with a screen protector). They have great pricing (available on website, much cheaper than at Apple Store) and you can generally walk in. I would call just to check that they have your part in stock but I would have had to wait two days for an Apple Store appt and I was in within the hour here!”

“I went to ATT at the White Mash location on Sunday , where Emmanuel was the associate working. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me with any of the iPhones!! I had my iPhone so long and I knew it was time so he took the time to ask what I used the phone for and gave me several different options to choose from. He was able to transfer all of my information into the new iPhone which was a big concern as to why I didn’t want to get a new one. He also went through the prices and what it cost for each part and why. I am very pleased with all that he did and I would highly recommend Emmanuel. Thank you”

“I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”

“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.

“Its a great store. The staff is really customer oriented and will help you if you're in a tight situation. They're really nice people. All you need to do is ask them and they'll find you some sort of discount. This store is just as good as verizon was to me for customer service years and years ago with my first cell phone and home phone bundle. But Verizon got too expensive for me...although they had great customer service too. I haven't seen the equivalent until the last few years I've been with boost. The store on 25th and Charles street I'd the absolute best store with the best customer service you could ask for in a phone service provider. If you are with metro pcs or t mobile, switch to boost.You won't regret it. They'll even help you with your bill if you can't get the cash together one month..they'll let it go and you'll be a month behind but you gotta tell them before you're service is cut off or their hands are tied. Its still corporate. But this is a small town feeling of a store because they really care about the customers and their satisfaction.”

“This is actually my second time using their services. The first time was to fix my son's Nintendo Switch Lite in 2022. The man was very honest and let me know that those products were defective. This time my phone's charging port needed to be replaced. It was replaced within 30 mins while I was in the mall and the prices are reasonable!! I would absolutely recommend their services.”

“Great experience with AT&T in Parkville in Harford Rd. Khajae was on duty and working with 4 customers by herself. I needed to order a tablet in person and she was on the phone trying to get another persons phone working while helping someone else with home internet. The store needs 3 more like her. I was annoyed about having to go in-store but she definitely made me smile.”
