“Great store with lovely bakery selections, cheap meats & dairy. I love the sample days as it allows you to try a few items you have seen but didn't want to run the risk of spending money on something you don't know if you'll enjoy or not!
The scan & go is hands down the best thing EVER!! Every time I go with my parents to Costco I mention how much better Sam's is due to the ability to scan & you go thru the store & then as you walk towards the front to leave it's a simple swipe right to pay & never skip a beat while heading from the store to the car lol”
“Purchased a commercial stainless steel table with extra shelf and the two tier top shelving unit attachment. I purchased it via their online internet store. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about pricing. Prompt shipping. Product arrived unblemished but was missing four screws to attach the top shelving unit to the table. They really aren't needed, but I will replace them. Product quality was better than that available elsewhere and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.”
“20cent cheaper than any gas station arround, but I filled my tanks and the truck gave me 380 miles compared to 410 miles, I wonder how does the truck know this? Is the gas different? That is wierd though.”

“Good Costco overall, but their exit flow and eating area need work. It gets very clogged up there.
And they have though parking spaces that it would be better to make them a bit larger. With all the trucks and larger vehicles that people bring to load up on bulk purchases, out gets hard to load up you car from the side. And it's impossible to navigate your cart between vehicles.”

“It could be a headache depending what time you come... The earlier the better. Backing ain't bad because they space each truck a dock apart so it won't be as tight. But if you had a dock next to each other it'll definitely take some time to get in. And watch for the cars & mail trucks who think this road a drag strip”
“Stopped here this past Sunday to get gas. The line wasn't too bad. Maybe ten cars in front of me. Pulled up to the pump. Hopped out of the car to pay the friendly gas attendant in cash. $25 on 12 please. What do you know it only took $20. Back to the attendant to get my change. I selected the $2.94 a gallon of regular gas. Good price for me because most stations I passed on the way were over $3.00.”
“I walked in and signed up. I thought it'll cost like 15-30 dollars a month, but 65 annually? Not a bad deal at all especially for me, who'd like to buy bulk size goods, they do have a good deal for a cheaper price. I liked that this place was so wide that I could walk around and see what all the stuff they have. Staffs are pretty nice too. It was amazing experience and hopefully more! Didn't have enough time to look around today because they were closing at 8:30 and I just walked in at 7:30, but next time, I'll surely take my time and spend more time exploring this dream land. I was more happier here than when I was at Universal Orlando. I suggest you give them a try. I already can't wait till the next visit. I had a lot of fun.”
“I think they should have anticipated the popularity of their reduced price gas and built it with more space for cars to get in line. It can be a real traffic jam when you only have room for 2 cars to each pump station.”
“Costco is awesome they go above and beyond. I was running very tight and close to closing. I called to double check closing time. I told the young lady I was about seven mins away. That would put me there 4 mins after posted closing time. She said we will wait till 705pm I got to the counter at 706 and there she was with scrip in hand. I will NEVER forget that gesture. I have several other examples of exceptional service. Love Costco thank you”

“This place is great on the gas prices ,can pull up quick and multi lanes for alittle faster service, but. ..a big but..... but the gas handles are so outdated at the Rosedale,petri way location,u gotta really work the nozzles so that the gas flows,if not,they'll keep clicking off. “This Jetro is a very nice place to deliver. They do have overnight parking,drivers please don’t blow it, be clean and do not toss garbage in the lot. I was unloaded in about 40 minutes.”
“We love shopping at the store. It has everything we need, and everything is laid out really well, and the prices are great. My glasses broke, and this lovely woman named Beth in the optical department was a superstar. She immediately worked on my glasses for about the next 30 to 40 minutes, and she could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you, Sam’s Club!”

“Absolutely the best service at my visit. We needed 4 tires and sensors on our SUV. The young lady Scerena was super helpful and kind. She listened to my needs and helped me select the appropriate tires we needed. Jose worked on our vehicle and he did a awesome job. He was time efficient and organized with the project at hand. We love the new tires, they are quiet and smooth. It was all done in less than 1.5 hours.At this time I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.”

“As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”
“Good people. Line can get long at times because of crowd and usually only 2 people work the front counter while one does the pizzas.
If you're getting a whole pizza, be prepared to wait about 20-30 minutes unless you can grab the person going around with the big cart of them. I suggest ordering the pizza on one ticket at the kiosk, then order a drink or something (while you wait) on a separate ticket because the non-pie orders go much faster so you'll get your snack much faster by itself.
As of now, this costco is switching to Coke sometime this week. Last Friday I got a pie but soda orders were all cans. When I asked why, they confirmed it's because Coca-Cola is coming this week.”

“The store is fine, but when you go for gas try and go off times. Be careful driving by their fence as they rarely trim branches poking through and could scratch your car.”

“The people here are real nice and you have to work within the parameters of your scheduled appointment for delivery.Some driver's get snarky or belligerent if they don't get their way to unloaded when they arrive.All loads are done by appointment it's that simple. If they have time to incorporate you into the scheme of things they'll sometimes obliged you and unload you before your appointment time. Just be nice and courteous it goes a long way, super bunch of people to work with.”
