She did not have her passwords with her, so they could not help her to completion, but they were willing to help except for the guy at the AT&T counter. Otherwise I would have rated a 5. While I waited for him to bring it the cashier gave me a cold bottle of water. It was very hot in garden area. It was then taken out for me and loaded into my car. Excellent shopping experience.”
