Bought the phone I didn’t want to get cause was told there weren’t none left of the phone I wanted by another sales associate but was able to exchange it for the phone I wanted and only paying the difference thanks to Luis cause the phone I wanted was actually in stock was just lied to by another sales rep at this location. I will definitely go back to this location if needing any other phones or devices. Luis definitely has great customer service skills and went above and beyond for me.”
